Community Involvement

Youth off The Streets Limited
Youth Off The Streets is a non-denominational community organisation working for young people aged 12-21 who are facing challenges of homelessness, drug and alcohol dependency, exclusion from school, neglect and abuse. They support these young people as they work to turn their lives around and overcome immense personal traumas such as neglect and physical, psychological and emotional abuse.

Chelsea is a volunteer for Youth Off The Streets, assisting in cooking and serving meals.

WSPA - World Society for the Protection of Animals
The World Society for the Protection of Animals (WSPA) is an international non-profit animal welfare organization that has protected animals around the globe for over 30 years. Working in more than 50 countries, WSPA create positive change by exposing cruelty and pioneering sustainable solutions to animal suffering.

Chelsea has been donating monthly to WSPA for over 11 years.


'Chelsea was fantastic. I don't know of any other agent who would go to the property to water the lawns daily, not because green grass would make a better sale but because the elderly, proud owner wanted the grass to look good on the day. If there was any problem such the garage door getting stuck open, Chelsea would be there to fix it or to get someone to do so. She sent emails and answered phones on her day off- even if trying to relax by a beach. Chelsea went out of her way to not only keep the elderly owners in the loop by visiting them in their aged care facility but also communicating with two separate nieces who often had well-intentioned but different and occasionally conflicting views. She did so always courteously and professionally. Chelsea organised a co-worker to assist when one almost 96 year old wheel chair bound owner wanted to visit the house for one more time. The other owner, a 91 year old, suffering short memory loss/dementia often rang with the same query a couple of times a day. After the sale of the property which went for a staggering price because of brilliant marketing strategies the excellent service continued. I would certainly Chelsea as an agent! She went over and beyond what is expected of an agent.'
