A fully Licensed Estate Agent and an experienced Auctioneer, Michael commenced his real estate career in Bentleigh East and has continued to specialise in the Bentleigh, Bentleigh East, McKinnon, Ormond and surrounding suburbs in the 20 years since. A local real estate professional for over 35 years, David Jane has a long association with Bentleigh and the Century 21 on Centre corner; his grandfather, Thomas Putt, started with his own agency on this very same corner in 1923. Since that time, three generations of David’s family have been instrumental in the growth of the Bentleigh area - watching the district grow over the years from market-garden sub-division, to post-war boom-town, to today’s diverse and developing market.

A Licensed Estate Agent and Auctioneer, David is respected for the depth of his understanding of the market and the breadth of his local network. Understanding that buying or selling a home is a major life change, David sees his role as providing personal, patient and caring service. Joe, a licensed estate agent, has been born and bred to work with people, having grown up on a farm and being one of eight children. He lives for the satisfaction of putting the right tenant into the right property and knowing that both tenant and landlord are happy. You could literally say that Joe lives and breathes Property Management, a role that has been a major part of his life for over 30 years and still continues to provide him with much satisfaction and enjoyment.

Joe has lived and worked in the Bentleigh area for more than 20 years with his wife Lynne, who is also a member of the Property Management team at Century 21 on Centre, and together they have three grown up children. Outside of real estate, Joe is a member of the Freemasons Lodge and collects donations for the Royal Childrens Hospital through Uncle Bobs Child Development Centre. These aspects of his life are very important to him. He is also an avid reader, but loves getting out into the fresh air whenever he can!

With over 20 years experience in the real estate industry Ani still has the drive and commitment to provide the service that is required to ensure that both landlords and tenants are happy. Experienced in all aspects of the real estate industry, Ani’s priority is service, whilst making sure that managed properties retain and improve their value to keep up with current markets.

Coming from an accounting and finance background Ani is used to the chase and challenge that is required in the real estate industry. When she is not attending to clients, Ani’s number one enjoyment is to travel – whether it’s the exotic charm of the Asian Continent or the vast beauty of Europe, Ani grasps every opportunity to explore. She also enjoys the theatre and fine wining & dining.

Melissa studied at Parkdale Secondary College where she obtained her VCE certificate before moving on to work for a property valuation company. From there she became involved in the real estate industry where she spent 3 years working as a receptionist in one of Melbourne’s boutique agencies. After 3 years on the front desk, she felt she needed to become more involved in the management side of things, and took a position with the team at Century 21 on Centre as a Property Manager where she has been since mid 2010. Melissa has a warm and friendly personality. She is dedicated to the job and committed to providing quality service to tenants and landlords alike.

Her hobbies include going to the gym, running, playing netball, shopping, and spending time with family and friends.

Tara completed VCE at St Peters College while working as a receptionist for a local Real Estate office on the weekends. She continued on with full time reception once she graduated from Secondary College. Intrigued by the Police Force, Tara made a career change and worked as a police officer for two years. She discovered this was not for her, doing a complete circle and moving back into the real estate industry. She has enjoyed the role of Property Manager since 2007 and two years ago joined the team at Century 21 on Centre. Tara is a true asset to the Property Management team, with a substantial portfolio and a “no nonsense” approach to the job (must stem from her police academy days!)

Her interests outside real estate are music, art, fitness, rockabilly culture, hair & make up, anything retro, fashion, photography, health, travel, reality TV & horror movies.

Melenie grew up in Gippsland and moved to Melbourne in 2004 for work and a change of lifestyle. She worked for one of the big 4 banks dealing with investment products for a few years but after realizing this was not her passion she knew it was time for a change. Melenie has always been interested in Real Estate, in particular the variety of property management, and was lucky enough to secure a role as a property management assistant. After learning the ropes and gaining experience, her desire to manage her own portfolio brought her to Centre 21 On Centre where she has never been happier! Melenie loves the fact that everyday is different in property management and you get to meet people from all different walks of life.
Outside of work Melenie likes to spend time with her family and friends, especially her 6 year old niece, who keeps her on her toes! She also enjoys reading, cooking, walking, dining out and is very passionate about animal welfare.

Starting her real estate career as a sales cadet, Nikki progressed to become Business Systems Manager in a local franchised group and then on to become one of the top four sales administrators in Australia and New Zealand.

Extending her experience into advertising, Nikki moved on to become Advertising Manager for a network of four offices. In her time there she co-ordinated sales advertising for a wide-ranging team of salespeople, all the while implementing new systems and procedures and leading the way in introducing new forms of real estate advertising into the industry. So it’s only fitting that as Office Manager of Century 21 on Centre, Nikki brings a wealth of administrative and real estate experience to our highly experienced team.

This willingness to move with the times and accept new challenges continues into Nikki’s private life. A keen traveller and a bit of a thrill seeker, Nikki’s bubbly personality and sense of adventure has taken her to many places around Australia and overseas. But there are quiet times too.... Nikki spends alot of her time exploring the Mornington Peninsula, renovating her new home and cooking up a storm!

Alongside developing a career in real estate sales and property management over the last six years, Julie’s working life has had a fitness focus as well. As the owner of indoor tennis and fitness centres, Julie’s high-energy approach to business has involved sales, administration, accounting and public relations....now she brings that energy (and experience) to Century 21 on Centre!

Formally qualified with a Business Degree, Diploma of Education and Agents Representative Certificate, as well as accreditation with the Victorian Fitness industry, Julie’s multi-tasking abilities ideally suit her for her ever-changing, always-busy role at Century 21. Motivated by a genuine love of the property industry, Julie has always enjoyed helping find the right property for the right person and provides a “can-do” attitude towards her work.

Julie’s energy extends to her out of work hours too. Retaining her passion for fitness is just the start, as the mother of two teenage boys her active life extends to supporting her boys’ sports, school and social commitments... while finding time to do the things she enjoys most too!
These include working out at the gym, jogging outside in the fresh air, going out to dinner with friends, and checking out the occasional movie.

Julie is a firm believer that a healthy body does promote a healthy mind!
