Century 21 Armstrong-Smith win Waverly Brightest and Best award second year in row

Century 21 Armstrong-Smith located in the eastern suburbs of Sydney NSW, have recently won the Waverly Brightest and Best Award for outstanding real estate for the second year in a row. Against a formidable field of competitors, the Bondi Junction team has consistently delivered exemplary results for their clients following on from their rebrand and exclusive Pacific media partnership earlier this year.

The award recognises all businesses both small and large who go above and beyond for their clients. It provides the opportunity for residents to give back and say thank you to those businesses to ensure their effort and dedication does not go unnoticed or unappreciated by the Waverly Council.

"It was one of the most exciting and anticipated events for the local business community, with the perfect amount of great food and entertainment and of course, the naming of the Local Business Award winners" said Director, Nicholas Armstrong-Smith.

Held on the 20th of November at the Easts Leagues Club in Bondi Junction, the gala dinner attracted many industry professionals along with local residents and council members who's votes and nominations led to the team's win for the 2nd year in a row.

"We're a consumer-centric business who utilise the industry's best technology and marketing tools to ensure our clients are always receiving the highest level of service," said Mr Armstrong Smith.

However, Mr Armstrong-Smith along with his team aren't resting on their laurels; "This award doesn't make us complacent, it reinforces our commitment to our clients and the industry," concluded Mr Armstrong-Smith.

The team are backed by a global organisation designed to support businesses on a local level.
