"We first encountered Kevin Devlin of Century 21 Armstrong-Smith when we saw a beautiful property for sale in Elizabeth Bay. When we attended the auction we were shocked and exhilarated to learn that it sold for $550,000 over the listed price due to buyer hysteria! Shortly after the auction at Elizabeth Bay, we were successful in exchanging on a new property, the completion of which was contingent on us selling our property. In the end, our apartment sold approximately 10% above highest expectation – we were thrilled with the result which allowed us to complete the exchange on our new apartment with ease and have some left over for renovations.
It cannot be said that any real estate agent could have done the same thing. Unique to Kevin was his professional enthusiasm which generated excitement in the buyers. We were amazed with how Kevin tenaciously followed up with prospective purchasers, making sure that they were properly qualified to bid and creating unprecedented excitement about our apartment and the upcoming auction. His customer service was exemplary. He checked in with us constantly – always a friendly voice on the phone, taking time to assuage our fears and give us an in depth understanding of how the auction process worked on a step by step basis.
