After living on the Central Coast for a number of years and having a successful career as a tri-athlete, I decided to return to the Hills District where I grew up.
Needing a home that had enough space to hold all my trophies and medals, I again became a homeowner locally.
I wanted the opportunity to continue my fitness regime, so I decided to take the position at Century 21 Castle Hill, because I could run and bike it in 20 easy minutes each morning, and still have enough time to shower before 9.
As the Office Manager for Century 21 Castle Hill for the past 8 years, I bring with me a wealth of knowledge and experience in office management and IT, having studied for both my MBA and computer science degree in my spare time between competitive commitments.

With my family grown, I had to find a new passion, and that passion is golf. I must have a natural talent for sports because I have already qualified for the American Open in Augusta Georgia, which I will be competing in later this year.
I enjoy spending time with my grandchildren, but only when it doesn’t interfere with my relationship with Richard Gere, who makes regular trips on his jet to whisk me away on weekends (between golfing and running/biking, of course)

Louise is one of the backbones of Century 21 Castle Hill, having been there since its inception in 1995, working alongside Principals Jane and Tony. In her role looking after the financial side of the business, Louise has a background in accountancy, specialising in taxation.

Before Louise’s entry into accountancy, she gained an Applied Science degree in Food Technology, working for several years in the flavour industry. With that keen sense of taste, Louise has developed a love of cooking and dining out, with a particular love for the flavours of Italy and Morocco when entertaining friends.

Louise and her family have lived in the Hills for 22 years, building their home in the Oakhill area. Louise’s son attended Oakhill College and has recently completed his degree in Mechanical Engineering at Sydney University, and her daughter also completed her senior years at Oakhill College and is now in her final year of a Bachelor of Media degree at Macquarie University.

A seasoned international traveller, Louise and her family have enjoyed experiencing several family holidays overseas, and a favourite - Noosa. Louise also lived on the US east coast for three years. Louise and her husband are busily planning a trip with friends to Alaska, Canada and Japan in the coming months.

Recently accepting the role of Senior Property Manager for Century 21 Castle Hill, Gail Preston has been the backbone of the strong team since early 2009. A licensed real estate agent and property specialist, Gail has been in Property Management since 1981, drawing from a wealth of experience across both residential and commercial sectors, which included heading up her own successful agency.

Before securing my role in the Century 21 Castle Hill team, I worked as a swimming instructor at Ryde Aquatic Centre, The Armidale School and Scone Memorial Swimming.
I have obtained a Certificate of Registration and have acquired the necessary skills to excel in my position at Century 21 Castle Hill as a Property Officer. I am hard working, driven and committed to ensuring that our landlords’ and tenants’ needs are met.
