Renown amongst locals, Trisha Saiani has enjoyed being a resident of the Hills District for many years. Trisha comes from a family with an outstanding calibre of achievements within the real estate industry; Trisha strives to be successful and has true appreciation of what it takes to succeed.

Previously owning her own hairdressing salon prior to embarking on her real estate career, Trisha has an extensive knowledge of the hills area. Trish currently lives in Castle Hill with her partner Pat and has two lovely daughters that attended schools locally. As her daughters have now grown up and moved out, Trish likes to spend her spare time catching up with them both, maintaining and relaxing by her swimming pool as well as going out with friends to local eateries. Fun-loving and down to earth, Trisha is also very fond of her two dogs, creating new cocktails and following the NRL.

“Trisha was very easy to deal with and she kept us up to date on a daily basis on what was happening with our house and when the advertisements were going into each paper. She would call after every house inspection and let us know how it went as well as how many prospective purchasers took contracts.
The campaign was very interesting - I looked at three real estate agents, and their campaigns, and I felt Trisha was right on the pulse when it came to knowing what the market was doing and willing to change the campaign to suit the intended buyers. This included turning the location, being on a main road, to an advantage by putting up the biggest for sale sign I have seen in a long time to maximise exposure.
We were always planning to go to auction. This was after seeing how Trisha sold my neighbour’s house, we were very impressed with the way she conducted herself and the way in which the whole auction was run.
