Just a very brief note to extend our heartiest thanks and our sincerest congratulations for the sterling achievements you delivered on the sale of our much loved family home at Flagstaff Hill. But the level of achievement isn't the only one thing we wish to congratulate you on and to thank you for.

Alex Lefty - A Job Well Done!

In June this year I engaged Alex Lefty to sell a property on my behalf that many agents would not be keen to tackle as it was in a market segment that had very few buyers. Traditionally, this sort of property could take a year or more of marketing to sell, with often no enquiries from prospective purchasers for several weeks at a time and often with no result after 18 months or more. Over this period most agents would from my experience 'slow down' after four to six weeks, contacting the vendor only when further funds for marketing were required, although they had more or less given up.

For Alex Lefty this was certainly not the case. Despite being a home at the lower end of the market, meaning a fairly small commission, Alex worked harder on this property than I have seen any agent work on properties even ten times the price.

I was kept informed of any progress, no matter how small, the whole way through the marketing process, with weekly updates on market conditions and local sales in the area. A sale was achieved quickly and efficiently with marketing costs kept to an absolute minimum whilst maximising exposure through effective advertising and networking.

My experience has certainly reinforced the value of the individual and not just the company name when selling a property. I was referred to Alex personally by a business associate, and likewise will be referring him to others without hesitation.

In short I would recommend Alex Lefty to act for any prospective vendor in the sale of their home, regardless of the size and location of the property.
