Jon Ewer commenced his Real Estate career in 1973, completed the Real Estate Certificate Course in 1977 and has held a Registered Managers/Agents Licence since that time. Jon has also obtained a diploma from the Executor & Trustee Institute of Australia for studies he completed.

This course focused on deceased estate Administration and the sale of Estate properties.

I know nothing about selling houses. I can efficiently manage a ward filled with psychiatric patients and deal with the ensuing volcanic levels of emotional stress – however when it came to the simple task of selling my late mother’s house I was feeling hesitant and anxious. My mother’s house was run down, on a rare double block and in a very fickle real estate market. I rang 3 agents for a valuation. 2 agents gave valuations of almost $100K apart. Jon Ewer said he couldn’t give me a valuation as the property was unusual, would appeal to a range of prospective buyers and the market was unpredictable.
