He served his apprenticeship and qualified as a builder and worked for three years sub-contracting in cottage construction. In 1972 he changed careers and followed in his father and grandfather’s footsteps in the family real estate business. In 1974 Paul obtained his Real Estate Licence. He became Licensee of the firm and has managed Johns & Co successfully until merging with Century 21 Charlestown.

Over the years Donna has worked in a number of roles in the Real Estate Industry, including sales administration & receptionist. Donna first came to our team in 1991 and has returned as a Property Manager's assistant dealing with repairs, maintenance periodic inspections and arrears. After 9 months Donna has taken on the role as Property Manager where she feels her vast experience will provide her clients with the best possible service. After working in the role as Marketing Coordinator in our sales department for three and a half years, her role now is Rental Accounts Manager managing the rental trust account. Melissa also holds a Certificate of Registration. Melissa is also currently completing a Bachelor of Business at Newcastle University to further her career. | John Fratus Field Assistant Contact: (02) 4943 6333Email: John has worked in the building industry for over forty years as a ceramic tiler working in the Newcastle and the Hunter Valley when he decided he needed a sea change and was lucky to find a position as a Part Time Field Assistant with Century 21 Carkeet Johns Smith. Having dealt with this company on a professional basis through the sale of a development project which his wife Elizabeth and John shared, when this position became available he applied with no hesitation. John is currently working three days a week. John is a father and father in law to Mark and Lisa, Louise and Mark and a very proud grandfather of Rose, Daniel, Sophie and Isobel and loves following all their interests. |
