Introduction / Background

As a respected property advisor, Rob has been entrenched in the Real Estate industry now for 15 years. During this time Rob has developed an unsurpassed level of experience that is founded on solid negotiation skills, an open and honest line of communication, complemented by a sincere and genuine interest in assisting his valued and varied client’s needs.

Rob's professionalism, knowledge and supportiveness is often commented on by his current and past clients. This allows him to provide a measured level of composure and calmness during what is for most an uncertain and anxious period. Rob also prides himself on his ability to translate a detailed understanding of the local property market into consistent excellent results including numerous record sales that affords his clients a confidence and reassurance.

“For me it is not just about the home or the negotiation or even the great result that I endeavour to achieve. That is however an essential component. It is about the people, the individuals, the families that I have the luxury of being partnered with during this time and ongoing”.

A highly respected and top performer, the key to Rob's success is the belief that both vendors and buyers should receive undivided attention and superior service. As a result, he enjoys average clearance rates and a strong referral business.

Courses / Certfications / Education

Rob holds a Bachelor of Social Science (University of Newcastle) and Certificate of Registration.

Rob has amassed numerous awards during his real estate career including awards in team, individual and most improved categories.

Community Involvement / Personal Interests

Rob is a great believer in giving back to his local community. He has been involved in sponsoring his local Redhead Bowling Club since 2012 and is currently its major sponsor. He has also in the past contributed to local sustainability neighbourhood groups and local primary school fund raising events. The biggest joy however is to watch with his wife, Karen, his two daughters Sophie and Emily grow up and to be proud parents through their various achievements and learning. It would be remiss not to mention the dog "Bosley" as well. He is a very friendly 2 year old rescue dog and Rob's girls would not let him live it down if he did not get a mention.
