Linda is the Principal and owner of Century 21 Commercial Hervey Bay and the REIQ Fraser Coast Zone Chair. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a double major in Marketing and Human Resource Management and she has extensive experience in commercial real estate.
Linda has won several sales awards through Century 21 Australia and has been honoured with her second "Centurion" award, placing her in the top 2% of Century 21 Agents worldwide. Linda is a member of the Century 21 Australia Masters Club and was named Century 21's Top Queensland Principal of the Year for 2007.
She has extensive experience in marketing, including advertising, marketing plans, business plans and promotional events for both small and large business.
Linda also has a background in Human Resource Management and as a resident of Hervey Bay for approximately 20 years, she has strong local knowledge and a network of local contacts.

Julie has recently joined Century 21 with extensive commercial property paralegal experience, having worked in the legal industry for 25 years.

Her experience has included preparation of commercial and retail shop leases, option renewals and assignments of leases.

She also has conveyancing experience in residential property and property development.

Julie enjoys working with landlords and tenants and brings her skills into the property management side of real estate.
