I would like to personally thank you for the wonderful job you did in selling our house at 82 Northgateway, Langwarrin. You made a very confident, verbal guarantee to us that you would sell our house within two weeks of placing it on the market and to have it sold within one week, within our asking price range, was an outstanding result.
Whilst we were surprised with the quick sale, we were even more surprised to have 24 potential buyers through the house during this period, producing 2 other offers also. Your large database certainly worked a treat! The advertising was easily organised and presented to a first class standard. A special thank you must also go to your photographer as the advertising photos looked amazing – they probably made the house look better than it actually did.

To whom it may concern,
From the moment we first met with Mark we knew he was the man to sell our home.
Mark’s ‘what you see is what you get’ approach was refreshing and his passion for his work was truly evident. Mark also presented an honesty that, in 15 years of buying and selling homes, we had never encountered. This made our decision to list with Mark an easy one.
Throughout the process of selling our home, Mark kept us completely informed and updated. Mark in fact was so thorough, we often joked about him sending us everything twice!
In an uncertain housing market Mark managed to bring in many prospective buyers across four house open for inspections. Mark continually went above and beyond to ensure we achieved a great result, including having his gorgeous wife Lynn attend our opens as well to add ‘the female touch’ to our homes appeal.
Our home was one of unique appeal. A colonial style home with an old fashioned feel. Buyer feedback was varied and we were unsure as to whether we would be able to achieve the price we required in the current housing market. Despite this, Mark continued to think ‘outside the square’ and never once pressured us into lowering our price expectation or accepting a lower offer. Mark continued to strategize with us on how we could market our home differently, but always respected and carried through our final wishes on each decision.
