Ann came from a strong bookkeeping background, and has worked in Real Estate for more than 25 years. Bright, cheerful, always loves a laugh, Ann is a popular and well regarded long term staff member.

Her Real Estate career has involved a number of roles from Reception, Sales Secretary, Residential Property Manager and Commercial Property Manager to Trust Account Manager. In the past Ann was responsible for Company Accounts and Payroll as well as maintaining and monitoring the Trust Accounts.

Mum of two children who have five degrees and a doctorate between them, Ann often jojes she will be working until she is ninety after paying for all those years of Education.

Ann believes that you are never too old to learn and has recently completed her full Real Estate License.

Working in Real Estate means that every day is different, but Ann thrives on this, and enjoys the challenge of maintaining a high level of service for our clients.

Born in Scotland, Trish migrated to Australia 26 years ago (but she still has her accent). Trish worked in both Banking and Insurance in the UK prior to migrating and she has 2 daughters aged 29 & 25 who are both married. Trish's first grandchild (boy) was born in November last year and with another due (girl) in July this year, Trish belives she is very lucky to have one of each.

Trish enjoys going out for dinner with friends and partaking of the occasional glass of red, Aussie Rules Football - St Kilda Supporter.

Trish has been in Real Estate for the past 8 years as a Cashier/Receptionist where she says you come across all types and learn very quickly to be diplomatic which of course is already in the female psyche, in short there is never a dull moment.

With over 20 years experience in the various aspects of Real Estate, nearly 10 of which have been in our Young Street Office, Carol has acquired a valuable understanding of what it takes to suceed in a service industry - simply, the key component - service!

She believes in keeping clients fully informed to enable them to make the best decisions regarding management of their properties, offering professional advice and assistance when necessary or requested. She understands that these properties are vitally important assets and often provide the owners with their major source of income.

Carol returned to Australia in 1995 after spending 20 years living in Hong Kong where she managed the Residential Sales and Leasing Department of Colliers Jardene and subsequently, operated her own business specialising in relocation of expatriate executives and their families.

Since her return to Australia, Carol has lived exclusively in Frankston which she believes is an ideal location, beautifully located on the Peninsula but easily accessible to the City. She places a high priority on family and is a loving aunt to her nieces and nephews which range in age from over 21 to babies. A 'homebody', she enjoys getting her exercise in walking the dog but also makes sure she keeps in contact with her many friends from her Hong Kong days, now living all around the world, and plans to visit more of them when (if) she ever retires.

With a history of 27 years working for Crowders, aka Wentworth Crowders and Century 21 Wentworth Crowders, Trish's knowledge of and relationship with our established Landlords and Tenants is truly unique.

Her main objective is to ensure that the Landlords receive their funds on time each month and in some cases, this is a marathon undertaking. Trish also liases constantly between Landlords and Tenants on matters of Maintenance, especially for our Industrial Portolio, and uses her skill as a negotiator to bring the parties to agreement.

Trish has lived in Somerville for 20 years now, but a previous extended stay in America for 12 months gave her a global outlook. She is a caring mother of 2 boys, ages 17 and 20 and doting grandmother as well. She says, 'they call me the quiet achiever and you know why when you get to know me. I love music, have a good voice (?) and love dancing. When all the staff get together we have a great time.'

June completed the Agents Representatives' course 4 years ago and joined the Commercial / Industrial Property Management team shortly after.

She is kept busy processing vacating tenants, preparing arrears letters, liaising with the bank regarding Security Deposits and to add further zest to her day, she relieves at reception at lunch time.

She has lived on the Mornington Peninsula for the last 10 years and her favourite pastimes are reading, watching cricket and following the fortunes of the Might Hawks.
