"Megan has managed my rental property in Cremorne for the past 18 months and I have been very impressed with her professionalism, drive and tenacity. The property recently changed tenants, and I felt assured Megan knew the market and the local area well and had a defined plan to re-let the property. As expected, she had no trouble delivering on her commitments. Tennant and maintenance issues are always dealt with promptly and without fuss. I would highly recommend Megan as an ethical and results-driven property management professional." – Jenny Lam.

After a nice conversation with Christina and explaining our situation which she understood, she offered us very quick and helpful solution as well as being so helpful. She attends regularly to conduct inspections and informs us of each site visit. She emails us the property Condition Report which is thorough. If there is any repairs or issues with the property, she contacts us immediately and provides good advice as well as realistic solutions for cost saving for our repairs.
