Our office was established as an independent business in its present location at 2100 Frankston-Flinders Road by our founder Chris Watt on September 1st, 1986.

The business has grown exponentially over the years, including the purchase of the local business of Paton Estate Agents Pty Ltd - Hastings oldest Real Estate Agency, together with the rental businesses of Ridge Crest Real Estate in Red Hill, Mornington Peninsula Real Estate in Hastings and Somers Real Estate in Somers with the result that Century 21 Home Port (as in ‘make Hastings your Home Port’) is now the largest Real Estate business in the Western Port District by a huge margin with ten staff and over 600 properties under management.

Our principal Chris Watt has almost 40 years experience as an estate agent and our staff are all members of the Real Estate Institute of Victoria (REIV). They receive ongoing training and accreditation from the Institute as well as additional sales training from the International resources of Century 21.

We are a close knit team of enthusiastic, results focused professionals with strong ties to our community and an intimate understanding of our market. We enjoy an enormous amount of referral business from past and present clients and their families and are committed to provide clever, cost effective marketing tailored specifically for the needs of our clients.
