Prior to starting her career in Real Estate Tracey had an extensive career in the Hospitality Industry where she honed her skills working with all manner of people as well as gaining an immense amount of experience in problem solving. Also an assistant in the Human Resources section of a Disability service provider Tracey has excellent abilities to understand and communicate with people from all walks of life.” Working in the disability industry teaches you to really slow down and take the time to listen and understand the wants and needs of an individual”, instead of racing through everything just to get it done.
Tracey started her Real Estate career four and half years ago in an office in Cessnock, Tracey moved to the ever vibrant Maitland area to learn all there is to know about the ever growing market Maitland has to offer. Having already worked in Maitland now for the last twelve months Tracey has excellent care and knowledge when it comes to her clients.
Tracey’s after hour’s interests are with photography and all sorts of activities from Yoga to jogging to taking her pet dog for a walk.” I believe there has to be a balance to enjoy all the facets of life if we can fit a little of everything into a day that we enjoy I believe we can have a nice life.”
Tracey has two adult sons whom she loves catching up with whenever they can.

Lesley has been in real estate on and off for about 4 years. She loves her role as Sales Secretary and helping out the team with the sale process.

Lesley began her real estate career with Century 21 and has been a valuable member of our team working her way up from Receptionist, even trying her hand at Sales, but ultimately loving the Sales Secretary job and choosing to remain here where her skills are best put to use.

In her spare time Lesley loves to catch up with friends, take her Boxer dog Belle to the beach and spend time with her boyfriend Mitchell.

Dee has worked in the local industry for the last 25yrs and is responsible for overseeing the Property Management Department.

Her role includes the efficient selection of tenants , overseeing inspections, repairs & maintenance, arrears on a daily basis, trust accounting and liaising current and potential landlords.
Dee excels in pre-approval of tenants and matching them with the right property to fulfil their requirements.

Dee is dedicated to meeting the needs of the owners and tenants of the properties she manages.

Dee has lived in Maitland her entire life and is happily married to her husband Graeme ,Dee has 4 children – Tara, Jessie, Nicholas and Gabrielle and a most precious 1 year old grandson – Sebastian.
