Michael joined the Century 21 Kangaroo Island team as a Sales Consultant in January 2004, after having formally worked 16 years at the Kangaroo Island Council. Just over 12 months on Michael bought the business with his wife Megan. With over 20 years of local knowledge and dedication to the property industry he holds the edge over other agents. Warmly referred in house as the “Walking Encyclopedia”, his technical knowledge of local property is invaluable, so much so many mainland agents have asked him to assist in their sales including a $1.5 million dollar allotment sale at Island Beach.
Michael has gone on to win many awards in residential sales including 2 award winning "Centurions", classing him in the top 2% of Sales Consultants worldwide.
His friendly, genuine nature and trustworthy opinion has helped him to maintain a good rapport with his clients which is truly a huge asset to the business.

Kate started in May 2005 to manage the rent roll, both permanent & holiday and provide Sales support and went on to full time selling in 2006. With Kates background in Tourism on the Island, having worked at Sealink for 8 years in Penneshaw operations, and local knowledge as a local girl growing up here, has proven to be a winning combination and provided good structure to the development of the business as a whole. Her honesty, energetic & sincere approach has proved a winning touch with many happy clients and successful results. Her attention to detail and well versed communication skills has contributed to her success with Kate winning numerous awards herself in residential sales. With Kates experience in all facets of property management, including her experience in tourism & holiday rental, she can sell all types of properties no matter what the circumstance, making her a true property expert on K.I.! In March 2009 Kate joined the business as a Director and her strive for excellence, passion and dedication to selling your valued asset is what makes her clients keep on coming back!

As Owner and Office Support Person, Megan has experienced many facets of the business. She posesses an in depth knowledge of Property Management, both Residential and Holiday Letting. Combined with over 10 years experience in advertising/marketing, this has enabled her to give her clients a professional profile of their properties both in Sales and Rental Departments.
Megan successfully manages the overall Administration function of her busy office and provides some much valued support to all areas when needed. She is a warm dedicated woman, and is no stranger to hard work, obtaining the best service for her clients.

Lavinia is one of the newest members of the team, a born & bred local girl...local knowledge. Lavinia has worked in the hospitality industry on Kangaroo Island for over 25 years, she knows first hand that selling property on the Island means selling KI first. She is community minded & has a true understanding of Kangaroo Island, its property, its people & the unique way of life it has to offer. Lavinia is in a sales support role where she has become a valuable member of the team.
