David Williams has lived on the Northern Beaches for over 20 years, and has been involved in real estate in the area – and, as such, knows the market intimately. David has had extensive experience in sales – both residential and commercial – and residential development, after becoming involved in the industry because of a love of the local area.

In addition to leading the sales division at Century 21 Manly, David also oversees the total running of the agency. With both clients and team members, he is known to always be friendly, accessible and approachable. David displays many valuable qualities, including Integrity,
promptness, and a genuine concern for clients’ needs. And his philosophy is to “do things properly the first time.”

As Team Leader of the sales division, David both oversees the sales consultants and is hands on when selling properties. His aim is to have a successful team operating in a successful business, and takes the long term view that “by looking after your people, they will do the right thing and the business will look after you.”

David is motivated by helping people make the right choice in selling their property, and a key driver is his outlook that property makes people independent and financially secure. The results are evident: David is now selling some properties for the third and fourth time.

He is passionate about what he does and always approaches his work with a positive and professional attitude. David combines this with strong ethics and extensive market knowledge.

A fully licensed real estate agent with an exceptional track record, Gail has over 18 years’ experience working on the Northern Beaches, which ensures she has strong knowledge of the area and local trends. Gail believes her success is due to her determination in constantly striving to achieve outstanding results for all her vendors. She is approachable, bubbly and confident, and has a great sense of humour.

Gail has spent many years learning the principles and ethics of the real estate industry, and she has a professional approach which is second to none. Her results can be seen by significant repeat business, with Gail now selling properties for the second and third time.

After finishing school Mataele followed her dreams to enter the Real Estate industry and completed the Diploma of Property Practice. Excelling in her studies Century 21 Williams Manly was proud to welcome her to the team in 2007.

Outside of work Mataele can often be seen in the grandstand at Brookvale Oval decked in maroon & white cheering on her beloved Sea Eagles.

Born and bred on the Northern Beaches Jack attended full time studies and attained his Real Estate License in 2008.

Being involved in the family business is something Jack is very proud of and working across both Sales and Property Management Departments is giving Jack a good working knowledge of all aspects of the business.

With an outgoing personality and relaxed confident approach with customers Jack is learning the role very quickly, and is an outstanding addition to our team.

Jack enjoys all aspect of the beach lifestyle, is an avid gym goer and can often be spotted out and about across the beaches socialising with friends.

Paije decided to pursue a career in Real Estate motivated by the desire to try something new in an interesting and challenging environment. She joined Century 21 Williams Manly in mid 2008 in administrative support and has worked her way up from there.

Paije is very thorough with all of her duties and is guaranteed to follow them through. She is an asset to the Century 21 Team is always seeking to educate and better herself in her position

Growing up on the Northern Beaches, Paije is a true local spending a lot of her free time hanging out at the Beach with her friends. She also enjoys motorbike riding and loves a run along one of our famous beaches!

Lisa was born and bred in Manly and has worked locally for over twenty years. Being Married to David since 1986 it was only a matter of time before she succumbed and made the move into Real Estate – joining the team in June 2004.

Lisa's role of Office Manager embraces many aspects of the Administration, Property Management and Sales Departments. Her dedication to getting the job done right the first time and continually working to systemize the office operations is what makes her an asset to Century 21 Williams Manly team.

Outside of the office Lisa enjoys an active lifestyle – walking, tennis and has recently taken up bowls. Lisa and David can often be seen out and about on weekends enjoying themselves with their family & friends.
