Who am I? I was born in Mt Lawley and grew up in Lesmurdie before graduating from UWA in 1995 with a B.Sc. in Mathematics. I began a career in education and in mid-2001 left Perth to pursue work and travel in Europe. After spending over six years living and working in London, traveling all over Europe and some of Africa, I came back to Perth looking to settle down. There is only so much English football one person can handle – even if you like me play it for fun. After my return culture-shock I am really glad I came back – Perth is one of the best places in the world to live: everywhere friendly, sunny people, sometimes good coffee, but always exciting opportunities. For me there was my old Perth block just waiting to be built on. Now I live in a beautiful new energy-efficient house in Bedford and I have never felt better.
So why am I in real estate? With all those years working in education, whether in schools, colleges, or the odd university it was definitely time for a change. My experiences in the UK property market, building a house, and my love of helping people achieve the things they want convinced me that selling real estate was what I want to do. It was a natural choice because I really like to make things work well for people and I had to put all those hard won communication and analytical skills to a good use. Every cell in my body told me to do it, so here I am. I still keep myself sane with yoga, meditation and playing my guitars (and the occasional kick-around) but mostly I enjoy the interaction with other people enough to keep me happy.

Tom was born in Dublin, Ireland where he was raised and educated.

After finishing High school he was employed in the insurance industry where he worked for two of the major companies in that country. This early experience gave him a sound grounding in Sales and Administration.

In 1989 Tom migrated with his wife and two children to Perth in Western Australia. Tom has never looked back since and still raves about the beauty and cleanliness of Perth and the opportunities it has afforded him and his family.

In 1990 Tom joined the Real Estate industry here in Perth and has worked at it full time since then. During this time he has attended numerous courses and seminars and has kept his training up to date.

Since joining CENTURY 21 Max Comben Real Estate Tom has won numerous awards including TOP REPRESENTATIVE for the 2nd quarter 2003, Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze and Top Gun awards.

Michele was born in Johannesburg, South Africa where she grew up and was educated, married at 18 and then when her children were older pursued a career in Real Estate (24 years ago).

Michele has had years of experience in the property business, done extensive training courses and won many top awards in the companies she has worked with and is a very sincere “peoples person”.

Michele’s children immigrated to Australia in 1984. Her son to Sydney and her daughter to Perth and she is thrilled that she is now able to be with them and their families in the lovely city of Perth.

Jayde joined the Century 21 Max Comben team after successfully completing year 12, were she commenced in the role as Receptionist and has now successfully moved into the role of sales administration. Jayde has currently completed her Certificate IV in Property Services and Business.

Margaret Vandenbergh joined CENTURY 21 Max Comben in November 2008 in the role of office manager and property management.

Sonya joined the team at CENTURY 21 Max Comben 13 years ago. During this time Sonya has worked in Reception, Sales Administration, Personal Assistant to the Principal and Accounts before pursuing her career in Property Management.
