Having been born in Bowral Jenny has a lifelong association with the Southern Highlands. She has brought to Real Estate her wealth of knowledge of the local area and a commitment to excellence in customer service. In the last 15 years with this office, Jenny has earned numerous awards, including Platinum, Gold, Silver and Bronze Sales Awards and the outstanding achievers International "Centurion" Award for being in the top 2% of salespeople worldwide for six separate years and is also a life member of the Masters Club for continuous outstanding performance in Real Estate. Not surprisingly Jenny has achieved Top Country Sales Person for 2007, 2008, 2009 and again in 2010.

Raised here on the land in the Southern Highlands, Deborah brings a broad knowledge of a variety of real estate and can confidently work with client needs and requests. Highly educated in several fields, all related to communication with people, Deborah worked tirelessly in the corporate world travelling throughout the globe working closely with a variety of people. Her communication skills and her long term interest in real estate drew her to work within our highly successful office after she moved back to the country life and the beautiful Southern Highlands. Since beginning her new career she has achieved several bronze, silver and gold awards and a very happy client base. Deborah was awarded number 2 Top Country Salesperson for 2010.

After several years away, Emma-Jane returned to Century 21 at the beginning of 2010, stepping back into her previous role as Executive Assistant and Senior Sales Secretary.

Emma-Jane has been involved in real estate for 10 years and with her knowledge and experience has easily picked up where she left off.

Holding a Certificate of Registration, Emma-Jane is also responsible for all of the Commercial Property Management's, which is an expensive portfolio. Dealing with tenants, landlords and trades people in her professional manner.

Emma-Jane is one of the smiling, friendly faces that will greet you as you walk into our office, where she is more than happy to help.

Allara joined our team in November 2011 from an office in the Macarthur area. Allara is new to Real Estate, however, she is a very fast learner and quick to pick up on all aspects of Real Estate Sales.

Having been involved in Real Estate for several years, Cheryl came to our office in May to become our new Property Management Supervisor.

Being a local, Cheryl has the knowledge essential to be an effective member of our real estate office. Cheryl is enthusiastic, energetic, efficient and has a positive, get it done attitude.

Ashleigh joined our team in April 2006 as the smiling and helpful weekend Receptionist whilst completing her final years study at Bowral High School. Since finishing her HSC in 2006, Ashleigh has obtained her Certificate 4 in Real Estate and also her Real Estate License. Ashleigh is a member of our professional and dedicated Property Management team working as a full time Property Management Consultant. Ashleigh is a polite, friendly and confident young lady with the ambition to achieve all her goals.

Ann has lived and brought up her family in the Southern Highlands for the
last 15 years and wouldn't be anywhere else. She joined our team at the
beginning of the year after working in Real Estate in the Sydney area.

Ann began her career with our office providing administration support to the sales team including liaising with vendors and buyers on all levels and contributes to the many facets of our agency practice. Ann currently holds her certificate of registration. She ensures our clients receive the prompt attention they expect when dealing with professionals. She prides herself on being approachable and friendly.

Ann has just taken over the role of Property Management Secretary and will be assisting the busy Property Management Team where needed.
