How do I apply for a rental property - If a property does not show an open time please contact our office to arrange an inspection.
- Please attend scheduled appointment times promptly as the property will only be open for the advertised times.
- Applications will be handed out at the time of inspection and can also be downloaded on our website.
- Open for inspection times are subject to change, please call on day of inspection to confirm inspection time.

DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED TO SUPPORT YOUR APPLICATION
When returning your application, you must submit 100 points of identification as well as supporting documents. Your application will not be processed until all required information is given.

PROCESSING AN APPLICATION
In most instances, we are able to process your application within 48 hours. If we are unable to contact all of your referees, this process may take longer.

TENANT DATABASE CHECKS
Our office is a member of TICA, which is a National Tenant Database Agency. When processing your application form, our office may conduct the necessary tenant checks with this company.

GENERAL INFORMATION PRIOR TO TAKING UP TENANCY

How do I apply for a rental property SECURING THE PROPERTY
Upon your application being approved you will be required to pay a holding deposit within 24 hours to secure the property. You will be then required to sign a Tenancy Agreement with the arranged date, and pay Six weeks rent which is one month bond and two weeks rent in advance.

BOND LODGEMENT
It is important to know that all parries signing the Bond Lodgement Form at the commencement of the tenancy must sign the Bond Claim at the end of the tenancy. Failure to do this will result in delays in releasing the money.

PAYMENT OF RENT
We offer multiple ways of paying rent which include:
-Direct Debit
-Bank Cheque/Money Order

SIGNING THE TENANCY AGREEMENT
The Tenancy Agreement must be signed by all parties prior to collecting the keys. The keys will not be released unless the Tenancy Agreement is fully signed and all monies are paid.
