Before proceeding with lodging your Repair Request, please browse over the Repair Tips below to avoid any unnecessary call outs.
Please ensure that Century 21 Five Star Properties is notified, in writing, of all repairs & maintenance issues as soon as possible to firstname.lastname@example.org, faxed to 02 4928 7499 or delivered to our office at 328 King Street, Newcastle. Upon receipt of your repair request we will endeavour to obtain approval from the landlord as soon as practicable and arrange repairs.
For urgent repairs outside office hours please contact Sarah Brown on 0419 772 650. If uncontactable, and your repair falls under the following categories please contact the recommended tradespeople below:- Electrical Powell Electric 0499 530 066 Plumbing Thornton Plumbing 4966 4958 Leigh Booker Plumbing 0427 758 627 Locksmith MCL Locksmiths 4023 1733. Please ensure that a repair notification is sent for out of hours repairs for our review and records.
