Wayne was born into a Real Estate family growing up on the shores of Lake Macquarie. He learnt much about the property market in his early days working in and around his parents large Lake Macquarie Practice.

In his early days however Wayne had a passion for design and construction gaining formal qualifications and operating his own Architectural Drafting and Building Construction businesses.

It was not long however till Wayne’s passion for sales emerged working in his parents business before becoming Sales Manager for AV Jennings and State Sales Manager for Kern Corporation (based in Newcastle).

In 1984 Wayne joined the team at John Wragge Real Estate, The Junction specialising in land sales and development. By 1990 he was managing 11 developments with a total of over 1,500 allotments.

Wayne also had great success in general sales winning many accredited awards including “Highest Sales Achiever” on 4 separate occasions.

By June 2000 Wayne Stewart had bought out John Wragge’s share and changed the name to Century 21. Wayne has continued his sales success being a winner on 3 occasions as well as picking up numerous local awards.

Wayne Stewart has also given a lot back to his Community and Industry being Chairman of The Junction Chamber of Commerce and Main Street from 1992 till 2001, teaching the Real Estate Course at T.A.F.E from 1998 to 2002 becoming local Chairman of The Real Estate Institute of NSW.

In 2004 Wayne was nominated to The Board of Directors of the Real Estate Institute and today he sits as President of The State Branch.

It is not all work though, Wayne has 4 children and 3 grandchildren, all with busy lives and careers, and when not with them he participates in his interest of swimming, surfing, cycling, triathlon and reading.

Wayne’s success has come from knowing his marketplace thoroughly, being focused on the needs of customers and having a true passion to assist them in achieving all their property goals.

Belinda is a local “Country Girl”, born and raised in beautiful Dungog, where her parents still reside.

After commencing work at Stockton Hospital at the age of 16, Belinda soon moved to the city where she assisted in the management of a busy and well known legal practice.

Some 25 years ago, Belinda married and moved to Medowie to manage a busy local medical practice.

Belinda commenced her Real Estate employment some 17 years ago, gaining extensive knowledge in business administration, Property Management and Property Sales.

In 2006 Belinda opened her own local Real Estate Business “Bella Properties” based in Medowie for local property owners. Her local passion and dedicated hard work brought her great success, however in February 2008 she was approached to incorporate her business within a larger team at Century 21 Five Star Properties, and deliver a local service like no other.

Belinda has two gorgeous children, who go to school at Medowie Christian School and so when not at work she is busy attending to the care and needs of her special family.

Belinda’s interest are what endear her to being so successful in this business, her beautiful home and gardens, her large family and the many customers and friends she has made locally over the past 25 years.

Angela started her real estate career in 2006 and commenced as a receptionist for the property management department. Since beginning in real estate she has worked in the positions of reception, property officer, property manager and sales admin.

Ange holds a current certificate of registration. Born and raised in Newcastle Angela has a great understanding and appreciation for the Newcastle Region and the local community.

In her spare time she enjoys spending her time with her two adorable children Hayden & Isabella.

Sarah is the newest member of our Property Management team.

Born and bred in Newcastle Sarah has a great understanding of the Region and the community. Starting her career in the Real estate industry as a Receptionist Sarah soon moved up the ranks to Holiday Property Officer. She is now working as a Property Management Associate in our office.

She enjoys spending her spare time with her husband and young daughter Charlie.

Jaz started with our office in 2010 as a receptionist and has recently moved to a new position of Property Sales Associate.

With her outgoing personality and permanent smile she makes everyone feel welcome. Jaz has studied business administration and real estate after finishing school in 2008 and aspires to one day progress further into Real Estate.

Jaz is always happy and willing to assist you in any possible way she can.

Jess is one of the newest members of our team. Upon completion of her HSC in 2011, Jess changed her aspirations to become a graphic designer and decided to pursue something completely different, Real Estate.

Her calm, friendly nature assists the day to day running of both of the Sales and Property Management departments as well as an efficient office.

Jess is always happy to assist you in any way she can.
