Jason Roach was the third real estate agent we approached to sell our former family home in Killara after having observed his method of operation in selling a nearby residence. Unlike the other agents, he was very positive about our property from the very beginning. He immediately saw great potential in the property and designed a first class advertising programme to highlight its attributes.
We were greatly impressed with Jason's manner in dealing with us and especially his marketing advice and how best to present the house for auction. We were grateful that he took over from us the whole worry of selling and advised on and engaged appropriate trades people to attend to any necessary internal repainting, replacement of floor coverings and other minor maintenance matters.
