Andrew Vogler has been with Century 21 Combined Orange since 2003, moving to the sales team in 2005 after 2 years as Property Manager.
Hard working, enthusiastic and professional, Andrew uses his knowledge of the local market and takes a pro-active approach to solving his clients Real Estate problems, displaying attention to detail and embracing new technology to achieve the best possible price for vendors in the shortest possible timeframe. His buyers appreciate the time and dedication that is spent to find the right property for them at the right price.
Already building an impressive database of loyal and established clients, Andrew has recently undertaken Century 21’s inaugural Graduate Program to further develop his industry skills.
Away from the office, Andrew can often be found either on the ski slopes, playing soccer for Canobolas Rangers in the Western Premier League or enjoying a quiet drink with friends.

Scott joined the sales team in October 2007 when he moved to Orange from Forbes. Scott has vast experience in sales after spending the last 6 years selling farm machinery throughout NSW and comes from a rural and farming background. Scott is married to his lovely wife Naomi and away from the office he enjoys playing cricket or any sports really and camping on the weekends with family and friends.

John joined the Sales Team at Century 21 Orange in November 1999. Prior to this John worked for over three years in the property management sector of the Real Estate Industry, gaining valuable experience in meeting the needs of his clients. In 1998 he received an award for the "Property Manager" of the year. John's attention to detail, which stems from his Electrical Engineering background and skills in servicing the needs of his clients, has earned him an enviable reputation within the community.
John is a Licensed Real Estate Agent, specialising in the sale of residential property and small hobby farms in the Orange region. His success in this very competitive field has been recognised within the Century 21 Franchise Network with a number of Sales Awards to his credit.

Andre joins the sales team at Century 21 Combined Orange bringing with him 12 years experience as a Licensed Real Estate Agent plus plenty of knowledge and expertise. Andre's high level of client care combines a direct and honest approach with a commitment to his clients that makes sure each property transaction is as stress free as possible. Listening to what his clients would like rather than telling them what they should do is one of Andre's greatest attributes. Driving his enthusiasm and desire for success are his wife Donna and three children Zoe, Holly & Rhys. Away from the office Andre can often be found in his backyard tending to his birds and aviaries or in his shed working on the next project at home.

Karen O’Shaughnessy has worked in Real Estate since 1989 and started with Century 21 in 1994 as receptionist when the office was still part of the Combined Real Estate franchise. As the office grew Karen assumed the role of Sales Support Secretary and bookkeeper. In 1997 she received a Century 21 recognition Award for Customer Service. After a break of three years from 1998 to raise her two children, Karen returned in 2001 to assume her previous role on a part time basis. She is now responsible for the administration needs of the office. Karen and husband Collin live on a few acres out of Orange which keeps her very busy. She enjoys water skiing, camping, traveling and reading. Karen loves her job and having been a past buyer and seller of real estate, is committed to as she says " the most dedicated Real Estate team in Orange".

Delina Kudrins joined Century 21 Combined Orange in January 2005 as our part time receptionist and in February 2007 she took on the role of part time Sales Co-ordinator as well. Recently she retired from her role as receptionist to devote her time solely to running the sales department. Over the last 17 years, Delina worked in retail and therefore has vast customer service & personal skills. She is married to Robert and enjoys spending time with her two children Samantha & Mark. Her interests include sewing, interior design & spending time in her garden. Her dedication to assisting clients & past study in financial services prove to be invaluable within our workplace.

Tina Kiho joined Century 21 in December 2006 as our part time Sales Co-ordinator. Tina has worked in Real Estate as a Sales Co-ordinator since 2000. Tina assists our sales staff, she has a very easygoing nature and assists with the paperwork of selling or purchasing a property. Recently Tina has also taken on the role of Property Management Associate which will benefit greatly from her efficiency & enthusiasm. Tina and husband Marc have two children Sam & Ben and enjoy camping in their camper trailer, travelling and spending time with family and friends. Tina loves her job and enjoys working within a vibrant team environment at Century 21.

Stephanie recently joined Century 21 Combined Orange as a Property Management Associate. Stephanie is enjoying her new position. Stephanie has extensive experience in all facets of office administration and she is looking forward to working with all of our current and prospective landlords and tenants. Stephanie enjoys meeting and talking to people, and will do her utmost to achieve the best result for all concerned. Stephanie, her husband Mark, and their family have recently relocated to Orange from nearby Molong, and have lived in the Central West for most of their lives. Stephanie enjoys spending her spare time with her family and friends, gardening and travelling. She is looking forward to the challenges of her new role and is delighted to join the team at Century 21 Orange.

Kylie joined the Century 21 Combined Orange team as receptionist on a part -time basis in September 2010. This role changed in January 2012 when she became one of our dedicated Property Management Associates. She has a wealth of customer service experience having worked in the hospitality industry and more recently having owned her own florist. Kylie is a very cheerful, engaging person who enjoys interacting with the public and is considered a valuable asset of the Century 21 team.
In her free time she enjoys cooking, sewing and photography with her husband Chris and children Hannah and Sam.

Kelly has recently joined us at Century 21 Combined Orange. Responsible for reception - Kelly's friendliness, wilingness and efficiency make her an extremely important member of our team. Kelly has worked in customer service as a receptionist for the past 5 years and her lovely approachable manner, work ethic and positive attitude is second to none ensuring our client's expectations are always met with efficient service and a smile. In her spare time Kelly enjoys studying the beauty industry and keeping fit.

Paul Cox has been in the real estate industry since 1986. Century 21 Combined Orange opened in 1991 as part of the Combined Real Estate franchise network. In 1993 with the merger of the Combined network and the global Century 21 Real Estate franchise the office known as Century 21 Combined Orange evolved. Paul was awarded admisssion to the Century 21 Hall of Fame at a recent convention on Hamilton Island. Paul has been a resident of Orange since 1979 and is married to his lovely wife Judy with two beautiful daughters, Amanda and Amy. Paul has many things that keep him busy away from work which include being an active Rotarian since 1996.
He has been the past President of the Rotary Club of Orange Calare and already having received a Paul Harris Fellow was recently awarded the Paul Harris Fellow Sapphire Pin for his community service. He has been team leader of a Rotary project to build a school in Manari, a village along the Kokoda Track in Papua New Guinea and has recently walked the Kokoda Track giving him the opportunity to revisit the school and the village . Paul has been a member of the Red Shield Appeal Committee and is also part of the Police Community Safety Precinct Committe as a community representative. Paul enjoys the real estate industry and prides himself on establishing long lasting relationships with the community and finds that with his professional and courteous manner and long history in Real Estate in Orange much of his business comes from happy clients returning to either purchase again, sell their original home ready for the next step or
to bring their family and friends.
