Brad McDonald arrived in Queensland from Melbourne in the latter end of 2000 to take up the appointment of manager of Pacific Harbour, a 650 million project owned by Jon Haseler of QM Properties. Brad’s former position for the fourteen years was as General Manager Australia for Retail Stores, Myer, David Jones and State Manager for Victoria/Tasmania at Waterford in Collins Street, Melbourne.
During his time at Waterford Wedgwood he became friends with Jon Haseler from QM with Brad presenting Waterford Trophies at all race venues. It is not well known outside of race circles that Jon is one of Australia’s largest Horse Breeders with studs at Glenlogan near Beaudesert and Kentucky in the US. For a number of years Mr Haseler approached Brad to come to Queensland to work at Noosa Waters, a QM Project. It was at the end of Noosa Waters that Brad arrived to take up the position at Pacific Harbour of Manager. Many awards were won by the Pacific Harbour Team, most notably being voted the “Best Residential Subdivision” in Queensland two years running at the UDIA Awards in 2002 and 2003.
In late 2006 Brad’s wife became seriously ill and he returned to Noosa to be with her. In 2007 he formed a boutique real estate agency with a Partner (since dissolved) and has worked in the Noosa and Hinterland areas ever since. He is a resident of Tinbeerwah with a ten acre hobby farm growing limes from over 100 trees ad supplying Noosa restaurants and the Surf Club.
Since Pacific Harbour days he still enjoys selling land and has repeatedly declined to go back to Bribie instead preferring to remain in the Noosa area.
The last two years he has enjoyed working at a Sunshine Beach-based real estate agency and left to further his business opportunities with Century 21 Conolly Hay Group.
Testimonial for Mr Brad McDonald
We contacted Brad after viewing a Noosa Hinterland property listed on the Century 21 website. From our very first point of contact with Brad right through to the recent settlement of our property we found Brad’s professionalism to be of the highest standard. Brad demonstrated a high level of knowledge specific to our property and the region, which was very reassuring to us as we embark upon our “sea change”. At all times Brad’s unassuming, gentle and “nothing is too much trouble” approach has made our real estate experience a very positive one. We believe that in the hands of anyone less experienced it is very likely that this property would not have settled as quickly. For future real estate endeavours in the Noosa region, we would not hesitate to engage the services of Brad McDonald and would highly recommend him to anyone seeking a comprehensive level of real estate expertise.

Re: Sale of property at Bushlands Estate Noosaville using Century 21 Real Estate
My contact for this important process was Brad McDonald.
From the initial phase, until the final contract exchange, Brad kept me informed of every step in the process.
Brad’s dedication and openness was impressive, keeping me at ease thru the highs and lows of the sale and reassuring me that the sale would be successful at the price that I had asked for.
I wouldn’t hesitate to use Brad McDonald of Century 21, again as my negotiator.
We all agree that moving house is stressful so selecting an agent with the ability to reduce that stress is vital. Meet Brad McDonald of Sunshine Beach, Century 21 Real Estate. Brad has a calm, professional approach which anticipates the needs of his clients. That together with his win/win attitude helped me when I reluctantly decided to downsize from my rural residential home. Brad called upon his extensive network to arrange for stunning photographs, pool compliance, removals and to locate an alternative property... Not only did Brad subsequently sell my property in a few weeks, not months, but he also found a suitable property for me to purchase. Brad turned what could have been a nightmare into a relatively seamless experience. If you want to sell your home I strongly suggest you give Brad a call.

Brad, This is just a short letter of appreciation to you for the trouble you went to , assisting us to purchase our new home in Doonan.
The time you spent opening the property for several visits by ourselves along with inspections by qualified building and pest inspectors etc. took up a lot of your time.
Also your help in finding trades people for us to understand and asses all the features of our new home was much appreciated.
Should we ever require help from a real estate agent again you will be the person we contact.
Thanking you again
Col and Kaye.
