Since entering real estate back in 1991 I have greatly enjoyed my time in real estate and particularly love the constant interaction with people.

I am married to Sue and have three school aged children Elise, Tessa and James. We all try to be as involved in local sports and the community as we can, and although that keeps me extremely busy, I believe it is vital to maintain a sense of grounding and balance that can be lost within the unusual and long hours that the real estate industry can demand.

Real Estate has changed constantly in my time and I believe that many agents have struggled to move with it and have suffered accordingly. I have always tried to keep my knowledge to the forefront and with the training and systems offered through the Worlds number 1 agency, offer this to the people of Port Pirie.

Again though, all this expertise and technology counts for little if I forget the passionate human element I enjoy and that I have the honour of helping people in dealing with what is usually their greatest financial asset. Their Home.

For 11 years now I have been selling and renting properties all over Port Pirie and surrounds and I genuinely love my job. I am thankful that through this time I have now been able to take up part ownership of the business giving me even more enthusiasm to ensure our continued success.

I was born and bred in Port Pirie, and after a short time away, I returned home and it is with pleasure that I remain here with my family.

Even with all of these tools available, I believe that the greatest thing I have learned is that there are no tricks to being successful in Real Estate. Its simply about hard work and developing partnerships based upon mutual trust. That’s why I spend time listening to my clients and learning exactly what is required in each and every situation. Only then, is it possible to fulfill a clients needs,and quite often even exceed them.

Without a doubt I think the best part of my job is the feeling of satisfaction when I help a tenant find somewhere to live and the Landlord someone to rent their property. And thankfully it is something I manage to do on nearly a daily basis!

As a local girl, I was born and raised in Port Pirie and had no hesitation to return to the superb lifestyle here, with my husband and two school aged children.

My previous employment has been ideal in paving the way for my new career as I served in the Navy for 10 years handling payroll, accounts, housing and administration, and spent 5 years as a Department Manager in an administrative position. Both of these roles have taught me the value of customer service, organisational skills, pride in my work and a desire to please.

With the defense careers of myself and my husband, we were much traveled, and moved all over Australia. We mainly rented as we went, and these experiences, both good and not so good. This has given me a great insight as to the needs of both the Landlord and Tenant, also knowing the key points that make the process as smooth and hassle free as possible.
