Centuria Property Funds Management Pty Limited, on behalf of Centuria Belmont Road Development Fund, has undertaken the redevelopment of its property at 116 Belmont Road, Mosman. It consists of a mix of 62 high quality residential apartments and townhouses, and 2 ground floor retail tenancies.
Alex was engaged early by Centuria to assist it as exclusive Sales Agent in undertaking the pre-sales and project marketing campaign. The sales program involved working closely with Metropolis, photographer, graphics team and Centuria’s development team on marketing material and web site/internet marketing. Importantly Alex was also required to work with our Planners (JBA), Architect and Interior Designers (Bates Smart), Lawyers (Gadens), Project Managers (Eastview) and whole project consultant team.
It is worth noting that he engaged with us very early on during the project approval process, attending JRPP meetings and other important milestones to gain an intimate understanding of the project intent and process.
The campaign was highly successful achieving the Developer’s pre-sales target (80%) at launch and then concluding the residential sales prior to project completion. The sales revenues were 10-20% above budget.
The success of the project marketing and sales was a collaborative effort of which Alex was an integral part. We can advocate for his hands-on approach, dedication and commitment to selling the apartments, and his attitude demonstrated in his good rapport & clear communication with Purchasers
