Fully refurbished 5 bedroom ocean front property right in the middle of beautiful Sawtell Beach. The village of Sawtell is a 5-7min walk down the hill where you'll find a heritage-listed main street. The house is designed to accommodate 2 families comfortably. There is an outdoor eating area on the front deck as well as a big rear lawn and garden, gazebo with built-in BBQ and dining area. Also a double garage with rear lane access. 
There is a well equipped laundry with dryer and iron. Kitchen is well equipped with microwave and dishwasher. All linen provided.

The Village

Sawtell is unique due to its heritage-listed village and tree-lined main street with cinema, 6 or 7 cafes and restaurants, newsagent, chemist and pub. The beach is the real attraction due to it being a very safe surf beach for families as well as offering one of the best surf breaks on the coast. The village is 5-7min walk from the house. There is also a tennis club and golf club nearby as well as rainforest villages of Bellingen and Dorrigo a short drive up into the hinterland.

Getting Around

Walk into the village for cafes, restaurants, etc. The nearest shopping centre is less than 10min drive to Toormina Shopping Centre for everything else; Woolies, Coles, Kmart, Aldi. Coffs Harbour is a 20min drive and has everything a major town can offer, including a large well-equipped hospital. Coffs Harbour Airport is serviced by all major airlines and is a 10 min taxi ride from Sawtell Beach House.

Please note - shoulder rate for early December - for the two weeks before the start of the Christmas holidays the rent on this property is $4000 per week.
