Perched on the top of the escarpment overlooking the Kanimbla Valley, Kirralong is a modern tri-level eco ply and colourbond home with the ability to sleep 9 people in comfort and style.

Upon opening the front door you are met with the expansive sunken living room complete with large open fire surrounded by comfortable lounges. There is a natural gas heater for instant warmth in winter, ceiling fans to keep you cool in summer, TV/VCR/DVD and extensive library should you just want to curl up and relax. Glass doors lead from the lounge out onto the deck overlooking the Valley where you can sit and enjoy a morning coffee or an evening port and watch the world go by.

Kirralong sleeps 9 people comfortably with 3 bedrooms. The main, located off the lounge room has a queen size bed and again large glass doors opening onto the deck and views. The second bedroom located upstairs has a double and single bed and the third bedroom along the hall has a double bed and single bunk beds. All beds are made up with crisp white linen, warm comfy doonas, extra blankets and towels so you will want for nothing to ensure you get a good night's sleep. All bedrooms have bedside tables, lamps, built in wardrobes and portable oil heaters.

Daily ablutions are catered for with two bathrooms and a separate toilet off the laundry. The main bathroom located downstairs has a shower, hand basin with mirror and toilet. Upstairs the second bathroom comes complete with bath, shower over the bath and vanity.

Group meals are easily accommodated with the large 8 seater dining table downstairs and the smaller breakfast setting for 6 adjacent to the fully equipped kitchen upstairs. The electric oven and hotplates, large refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and all the cooking equipment you could think of ensures you can make something as simple as an omelette or a 3 course meal during you stay. There is also a BBQ on the upstairs deck amongst the rhododendrons and native flora and fauna and outdoor seating for 8.

Should you wish to have some quiet time there is a second lounge area off the kitchen with raked ceilings, polished timber floors, leather lounge, natural gas heater, TV, CD player and library.

Laundry facilities consist of washing machine, laundry tub, clothes airer, ironing facilities, bench and outdoor clothes line.

You will need to supply your own wood and fire starters for the slow combustion fire
