Its currently operating as a Polish cafe but the cuisine and style can easily be changed.

The venue has a really nice warm feel to it and has the benefit of outdoor seating on both the footpath and a private courtyard. It even has 2 car parks at the back!

The rent is extremely low considering (my small office costs more!) and the property owner will enter into a long-term lease if desired.

They get regular clientele from the business nearby which I believe would increase greatly with the right concept.

They currently only operate Monday to Friday 7am to 3pm, which can easily be expanded
