Spencer is a business leader with tremendous experience in a range of industries as well as real estate. Spencer began his career in Hong Kong in 1970 in Investments and Stockbroking. He then managed all overseas investments for a major HK newspaper group specialising in property investments, before establishing his own property investment group. He then managed a manufacturing company’s sales team before taking on management of a major Sydney restaurant upon coming to Australia in 1986.

Spencer founded Panorama Realty in 2003.

Spencer has a strong commitment to people and delivering a first class service to all clients of his business. Spencer is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

Shirene has been working extensively with major property groups and contacts in both commercial and residential property in HK and China. Shirene grew her business from start-up to an extensive portfolio of clients, mainly corporate executives and high net worth individuals.

Moving to Sydney, Shirene embarked on a new career in public speaking. Shirene went on to win 10 public speaking contests while developing and overseeing public speaking courses. Shirene has provided her expertise to corporate clients such as National Australia Bank, CB Richard Ellis, Jones Lang LaSalle and Hudson.

Shirene has joined our team at Century 21 Panorama Realty as Sales Executive. Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin, her focus will be on developing relationships in the Sydney, Chinese and Hong Kong property markets. We believe her international property experience and language skills will be a great asset both to our company and clients.
