Frank and Sandra Princz started business in real estate on the Gold Coast in 1993, though Frank who is the licensee had a successful career in real estate in Sydney for a number of years prior to the family’s relocation to the coast. Property Pacific Real Estate was opened in 1995 in Mermaid Beach, and operated a real estate agency that specialised in ‘Management Rights’ sales. In 1997 the family purchased the management rights to Neptune Resort in Broadbeach, and owned and operated six Management Right business’s on the Gold Coast. The most recent operated by the Princz Family was ‘Emporium’ in Brisbane, which is an icon for mixed use development in Brisbane.
It was in 2006 that the family relocated back to Burleigh Heads, and joined the Ray White real estate group, operating Ray White Burleigh Heads. It was the family’s passion for real estate that started them on a quest to find their own premises within the area where we have acquired a vast knowledge and network over the years.
