Frank Princz is the licensee and owner of the new Century 21 Princz Property Group office in Varsity Lakes. With a long history in real estate dating back to The Professionals in Frenchs Forest in 1985, and then joining Raine & Horne in Sydney CBD specialising in retail, Frank was headhunted by Jones Lang Wootton to be part of the retail commercial team before coming to the Gold Coast in 1990 to purchase management rights. Frank opened Property Pacific Real Estate in 1993 which specialised in the sale of management rights on the Gold Coast.

Frank and his family have owned and operated a number of large management rights on the Gold Coast and Brisbane. After owning and operating an agency for two years with another major real estate franchise group, the strategy was to locate premises in the Varsity/Robina area that would give the group security of tenure for the future ‘in their patch’, Frank then chose to join the Century 21 real estate group because he considered the company a benchmark in innovation, technology and marketing.

Working as the NSW Sales Manager for the Australian Bullion Company in Sydney was her first experience in an executive role where she first heard the phrase ‘my word is my bond’ and adopted this as a personal philosophy; it was in this role she honed her marketing skills. Moving with her family to the Gold Coast in 1990 Sandra and her husband Frank saw an opportunity to open a real estate office specialising in Management Rights; Property Pacific Real Estate is still operating today. A joint partner in Century 21 Princz Property Group Sandra has expertise in all facets of the property market. Having a depth of knowledge of the prestige market enables her to provide expert property advice to her clients; she has built and sold her own ‘prestige’ properties on numerous occasions. “Creative marketing is critical in a competitive marketplace” also “I strive to deliver the kind of service I would expect if I were buying or selling a home” she said.

Well known in the area where he has grown-up, Mitch loves living here, and is passionate about real estate. As a keen surfer Mitch knows early bird catches the worm, and this energy transfers to his work which sees him going the extra mile to ensure the best possible outcome for his clients.

Mitch enjoys a reputation as a sportsman, playing representative hockey for Queensland. He worked in hospitality when he left school, and moved into property management within a couple of years. He has been involved in real estate ever since, some 6 years in all.

Lauren has extensive experience in property management and sales. Starting out as a trainee, Lauren achieved a Diploma in Hospitality whilst working in a family owned business in Broadbeach. Moving from hospitality to property management six years ago, Lauren has realised her ambition to work in real estate sales.

Norm has more than 20 years experience as a national sales, marketing and public relations consultant with a diverse background in marketing and business development.

Norm joined Century 21 as part of a “tree change”, moving to the Hinterland to be a Mount Tamborine resident in 2008.

Norm says, “I fell in love with Mount Tamborine during one of my many visits to the Mountain and share a mutual affection for the Robina area as a resident in the 90’s.”

Prior to working for Century 21 Norm gained valuable experience working for GJ Gardner Homes as a Sales Consultant.
