To submit your maintenance request, please complete the attached maintenance request form with all the required information and if possible photos of the requested repairs. (i.e. - Oven: Show brand, model number and if visible the damage etc.)
You can submit your completed form as follows:

Please note, if your maintenance request is considered as urgent, please contact our office and report the emergency repair immediately.
Note:
The type of repairs that are urgent repairs are defined in the Residential Tenancies Act 2010.
