Lyndal has returned to work for Maddie after being her Property Manager in 2003 for a number of years, building the rent roll for Maddie’s Realty in rentals and holiday managements and working alongside of Maddie.
Coming from hospitality, with her parents building and managing hotels & resorts before real estate Lyndal has a good understanding of customer service and client satisfaction.
Lyndal has bought and sold on the peninsular through Maddie and has also been a landlord herself with Century 21. She has 1st hand knowledge of how Maddie and her real estate team operates through all the office divisions.
Now back in the real estate industry and working as Maddie’s Executive Assistant Lyndal bring quality knowledge and understanding of how the office dynamics work and has an extensive background of the client base requirments.

And yes, we have some good airconditioning - Eddie serviced my home, as well as the cottage, and is about to service
the units at my work!.
Was pretty upset when he looked at the unit in my spare room - and told me it had never been serviced before. I had spent a fortune
twice a year getting it "serviced" . He also explained to me the difference in his qualifications and the so called öther airconditioning service agents.
As I had checked up online "how to service an airconditioner' myself, I knew he was spot on, and had never observed any of the other airconditioning agents
doing anything like what he does - in fact, they would often send a 1st year apprentice up and it took them about 20 minutes to ''dust' the aircond system. Not a proper service, and then
charge me $290 for it.
