Born and raised in the Port Adelaide Region has given him a great understanding of the diverse range of cultures and economic conditions within the district.

Wayne was educated at St Michael’s College, Henley Beach. Upon completion of Year 12, he entered the teaching profession and at this early stage of his working life already had developed the skills of communication, understanding and a willingness to learn.

After teaching he obtained a Diploma in Computer Programming and worked for over ten years as a Technical Consultant with Ampol Ltd. This saw him travel throughout Australia training staff on computer systems. Once again the ability to relate and listen to people of all levels was paramount to his success.

The lure of real estate was very enticing as through his past experience the skills required to succeed were very similar to his past requirements.

Wayne and his family are all keen sporting participants and believe it is important to be active in the local community and relate to people in a more relaxed environment.

Angela has worked with Century 21, formally at Myles Pearce, Flinders Park since 1987. Prior to this Angela commenced her real estate career as a junior with Colliers International.

In 1999 Angela relocated to the Semaphore office where her role is many and varied. She is Rosalie’s Personal Assistant which requires her to assist and coordinate any matters dealing with sales, whether it be enquiries or follow up after a property has been sold. Angela successfully coordinates all accounts work relating to our office. She is very loyal and proud to be a central figure in this successful office situated here at Semaphore Real Estate Centre.

Angela is married to Gary and has 2 children Jessica and Jarred. She enjoys reading and spending time with her family and friends and shopping.

Maria commenced with Century 21 in July 2008. She has an extensive background in administration having worked in various organisations. After having children Maria re-entered the work force in the hospitality industry, so she understands the importance of providing the highest quality customer service to all our clients. Following 5 years in the hospitality industry she then commenced in an administrative role with Bordex Wine Racks and then as a Receptionist with AGL prior to her commencing with Century 21 Beachside and Lakes.

In her role as Business Support her duties include reception, rental and buyer enquiries, assisting both sales and rental staff with any administrative duties they require. One of her other tasks is to coordinate the local letter box marketing and advertisements that appear in our local paper "The Messenger" and "The Advertiser". Maria has a pleasant and cheerful manner and is willing to assist at any time. Her initiative is a valuable asset to our team at Semaphore.

Maria came to Century 21 through her friendship with Angela from early school days. She is married to Davide and has two children, Oliver and Katya who attend St Francis Catholic School at Lockleys and Nazareth Catholic College. She enjoys cooking and loves to entertain friends and family. She is a welcome addition to our team.

Jennifer has enjoyed a long and professional experience in professional Property Management in both South Australia and The Northern Territory.

Although Adelaide born and bred she commenced her career in Property Management in Darwin over fifteen years ago, culminating in her appointment as Senior Property Manager in an innovative and successful company comparable with that of Century 21 Beachside & Lakes at Semaphore. On her return to Adelaide she extended her professional and successful career with high profile Real Estate Company in the City as Senior Professional Manager.

Jennifer is proud of the professional and personal service she provides to both Landlords and Tenants and is committed to Century 21's high standards, including the consistent achievement of a maximum return on investment properties.

Heidi joined the Property Management Team in April 2011.

While not being in the industry for long, Heidi has grown up around the real estate industry in Property Management.

With Heidi bringing a youthful new enthusiasm she is very much looking forward to growing and learning more with every step with the team.

Heidi’s interest include all things design, including graphic design which she is currently studying in her spare time.

Other interests include dance, photography, reading and spending time with friends and family when she can.

Luke joined the Property Management Team in February 2012.

Luke was born in Darwin N.T. and had lived in Mundaring W.A. before joining the Australian Regular Army. He served as an Air Defender at 16th Air Defence Regiment for over 11 years specialising in guided surface to air guided weapons, advanced air defence radars and command and control procedures. He had been deployed to Timor-Leste in 2006/07 in a peace enforcement role. During his time in the Army Luke had gained experience in managing and maintaining high value assets and understands the importance to maintain such assets to a very high standard.

Luke left the Army and began to study to become a Property Manager and started with a known family-run Real Estate company as Property Management Support learning the many sides of property management. He has come to Century 21 Beachside & Lakes to further his development and skills as a Property Manager and looks forward to the opportunity to assist the community in his new role.

Luke's interests are his family and assisting the community where he is a member of the Army Reserve. His other interests are playing hockey, reading and spending time with mates.
