With the company for 30 years, Penny has held every possible position in the office from front desk Receptionist to Director. Penny has also won the prestigious Centurion Award as well as many other awards in recognition of her many achievements.

Lori joined us from a wide and varied background of sales. Her goal in life is to help people get what they want and she is prepared to go out of her way for them. Lori's quite a character with a great sense of humour.

Joel's flair for keeping his client enthused with the complex real estate process is a result of his extensive hospitality management and customer service experience. For the past 8 years, Joel has offered his real estate clients outstanding service, characterised by determination, a sense of humour and an adventurous spirit.

Liesl brings many years of real estate experience to Century 21 John Ross Combined. Having grown up in the Hills district, she has a lot of knowledge on the local area. Liesl has a very cheerful personality and is always ready to help out in any way she can.

There’s a lot to learn about real estate before becoming a full time salesperson as Aidan has discovered. As his training progresses, he will learn the legalities of contracts, building construction, marketing and the skills of communication. Aidan has already showed he has the ability and determination to succeed in his chosen career and is continually gaining knowledge and experience from his senior colleagues.

Kathy came to us 14 years ago for TAFE work experience and we liked her so much we asked her to stay. Kathy is the backbone of the office and everybody seeks Kathy’s help on an almost daily basis. There's not much Kathy doesn't know about the running of the office, particularly in the area of Sales Support - a very demanding position in our busy office.

There's a lot more to sales support than the title suggests. Apart from the obvious tasks of processing sales as they happen, Jess also assists Kathy, our office manager, in preparing marketing material and servicing our past and current clients. A busy and important behind the scenes position.

Always a challenging position, especially in an office with a busy 12 line switch and a constant flow of files to be processed. Jess' main concern is that calls are answered promptly and the callers enquiry is directed to the appropriate person.

Although Sharron is new to property management, she has a wealth of knowledge and experience gained in commerce and banking. Sharron has a straight forward "can do" attitude which enables her to assess the problem and decide what is the best course of action to solve it.

Joanne has the important role of receiving and disbursing monies to property owners and the tradespeople involved in maintaining these properties. The position requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail to ensure everybody is paid on time and correctly.
