Booking Through Stayz

Thank You For Your Stayz Enquiry

Thank you for your enquiry on our holiday home through the Stayz website. You have been redirected to this website after receiving an automatic response from the Stayz website advising you to call the Property Manager or the Owner of the home to confirm your booking or enquiry. There is no need to do this. Here is what happens from here:

1. No Need To Call - Your Enquiry Will Be Answered Via Email

Your enquiry has been sent to our Holiday Bookings Office who will respond to you via email. This email will confirm the availability and tariffs for your stay as well as provide you with a link to confirm your booking request. Please note no payment is required at this stage.

2. How to Confirm Your Booking Request

Once you receive this email and you wish to proceed with booking please click on the link in the email and complete our online booking form. Upon receiving this information from you we will process your booking request and confirm with you via email once we have locked it in with the owner. This process can take a day or two, but we will confirm with you as soon as we are able to. Please note all correspondence in relation to your booking is done through Century 21 SouthCoast and not the property owner. Deposits are required within 48 hrs of your booking being confirmed. Our business hours are Monday to Thursday 10am til 3pm. Please note bookings are only processed during these times. Just remember to never use money transfers like Western Union and never send money to overseas bank accounts.

3. Further Information

The information about your check in, final balance reminders and all the answers to your frequently asked questions will be sent to you 7 – 14 days before your booking. In the interim you might want to research your property's local surrounds to get an idea of the best things to do and the locations of important places like petrol stations, pharmacies and supermarkets. If you would like to confirm your booking prior to the quote being emailed to you please visit and submit the online booking application on the home you enquiried on. Please do not submit multiple requests as only one will be processed.
