INTRODUCING CHERIE McGRATH
Cherie commenced work in the Real Estate industry in 2008 working as a Personal Assistant handling the administration aspects of the listing and sales process as part of a small team. Coming from a hospitality and retail background, Cherie has developed a high level of customer service skills, enabling her to assist in making the process of buying or selling property as relaxed as possible.
In 2010, Cherie became a member of Team Brockhurst, one of REIWA’s top achieving Teams, as a Team Administrator, and was awarded the Century 21 Sales Support Person of the Quarter in December 2011. Cherie enjoys learning and developing new skills to assist in performing her role within the team.

I would like to thank Cherie McGrath for all her help in the selling of my late mother’s unit. Cherie was in constant contact with me ensuring that the selling process went as smoothly as possible. Even though my mother had had an updated electrical switchboard installed it was only through her diligence that it was checked and found not to have had the smoke alarm hard wired. Cherie was also in constant contact with the settlement agent, again making sure the process went as smoothly as possible.
