After completing a Bachelor Degree in Commerce (Double Majoring in Property & Finance) Matt commenced his Real Estate career in September 2013 within Perth’s leading property investment consultancy as a Buyer’s Agent and later progressed to a Vendor Advocate. An experience which allowed Matt to build upon his knowledge of property transactions and strengthened his understanding of finance principals, development criteria, vendor advocacy and portfolio planning.

SERVICE OF A HIGH STANDARD
Always happy to give positive feedback when the service is of a high standard. We recently purchased property at 12/8 Kadina St North Perth through Matt. I originally viewed the property but believed in this market offers over $449,000 was unrealistic and had walked away. Matt kept me in touch when the property dropped to offers over $419,000 but in this market I still thought it was overpriced and took no further action. Once again Matt contacted me to alert me to the fact that the sellers now had the unit at offers over $399,000, now I was interested again as the price to me matched the market. I organised a second viewing of the unit with Matt and as there were now two other interested parties made an offer of $409,000. Matt advised that the owners were looking at a minimum of $415,000, it was now starting to get back to above market pricing. After a couple of discussions with Matt and being so close, I said I'll move up $3,000 if they will drop down $3,000 and made a final offer of $412,000… and the deal was done !
Matt suggested Settlement agent & property managers we could use and on December 2nd settlement was complete on 12/8 Kadina Street, North Perth.
