I thought I might take the time to relate a story to the cell group just how powerful the Web really is.
Scott James is one of our salespeople and he has lived in Armidale all his life. His sister is currently travelling throughout the UK. She has a job in one of the big Hotels and she was talking to a patron and he recognised her accent. He said that he was moving to Australia at the end of the year. She ask where he was moving to and he said a small country town. She asked which one, and he replied Armidale. He said that he had been looking on the Internet with Century 21 and he had found a house for $395,000 that he liked. He said that Century 21 was the only agency that had replied to his emails and that a fellow called Scott had been helping him. He asked if she knew Scott. She replied that she should because he was her brother. This brought on great hilarity. He asked her if she would like to see the home he was interested in, and she said yes. Too her great surprise it was her sisters home. (She didn't know she was selling).

Well, here we are, home sold and moving on to another, who would have believed the sale would have taken only a couple of weeks, CONGRATULATIONS.
Working with Century 21 Dural has given me faith back in the real estate world. Your particular branch having total focus and true dedication to customers is something to be very proud of. Having dealt with Elise, Lindy, Nikki, on the sales side, Lani and Josh on reception always gave the feeling of the client being important.
