Cara was born and raised in the beautiful close community of Knysna in South Africa. Here she learnt the values of hard work, commitment and business dexterity. From this Cara has always maintained involvement in her society by association with her local Chamber of Commerce, the Rotary International Club and P&C.

After leaving school Cara completed a Diploma in Sales in Johannesburg and became a Licenced Real Estate Agent.

Cara became the Sales Manager for Holden’s motor group. After seven years an opportunity arose for Cara to but a small, nearly bankrupt, Spar supermarket. Unafraid of a challenge, Cara through her own business powess, was able to restructure it back to a highly profitable company within 3 years. From this she was nominated for Business of the Year 2000.

She sold the company to finance her dream of owning her own Real Estate Agency. Cara established a successful Real Estate company, she obtained respect throughout the community for her professionalism and commitment to her clients.

Cara relocated to Albany Creek in 2007. Cara has fallen in love with Australia, the Aussie way of life, the attitude and the lifestyle. With this new found enthusiasm she eagerly gained the requirements of getting her Queensland Real Estate Full Licence.

Cara has over 20 years sales experience and 12 years in Real Estate. Cara now has the opportunity to put all her business expertise to work. Growing up on the Northside of Brisbane James attended Brisbane Boys College and Padua College as his schooling. He worked as a pool supplies salesman while at school and moved on to working at Grays Auctions where he developed the passion for sales and the auction method of sale.

James started his real estate career in 2006 as a Sales trainee where he learnt the right ethical path of Sales in real estate along with experience in property management and would help where he could to obtain the experience in that field to aid his sales career. He was brought on as a full time sales agent in 2007 where he consistently continued to achieve for his clients.

After jumping into tertiary study of marketing and continuing on to complete a certificate 4 in Real Estate, James has certainly got the edge in understanding the intricacies and challenges in marketing property.
