For achievers at all levels, and in the spirit of friendly competition, team members are inspired to greater heights by the awards program in creating the opportunity for recognition before their peers not only on a local/regional and national ‘stage’, also before a cast of thousands at the Annual International Convention held in the USA for those who achieve Centurion status.
Each year, achievers are recognised by way of the quarterly awards program culminating in the presentation of annual awards.
ANNUAL AWARDS PROGRAMME
The year’s awards activity culminates with the Annual Award presentation which occurs in February of each year as a gala event recognising achievers for the previous calendar year. The major award categories include: -
Centurion
The most prestigious sales award presented to high individual achievers (Centurion Producers), and to high achieving offices (Centurion Offices) based on minimum settled transaction criteria.
Masters program
The Masters program is designed to recognise mid-range achievers on the way to Centurion status, and for Centurions, the opportunity to reach the status of a Life Master signifying any five years of Centurion status.
A number of other award categories are recognised including auction, property management, referrals, rookie, most improved, corporate image/marketing and support staff.
QUARTERLY AWARDS PROGRAM
The Quarterly Awards program is designed to provide shorter term recognition and incentive through four tiers of sales award status: -
- Bronze
- Silver
- Gold
- Platinum
A series of additional awards recognise other notable achievements.
