Every State and Territory in Australia requires anyone working as a salesperson, leasing specialist or property manager in a real estate agency to meet minimum educational qualifications to fulfil Certificate of Registration requirements.

21Pus Sales Performance Programme for Sales Staff

New sales staff members of the network undertake this free 2 day sales training programme which is updated every 3 months to ensue all training is practical and up-to-day.
Participants in the course can start enjoying commission income sooner than the industry average because of the practical nature of the course.

The course covers Sales Development and Income Planning – Professional Conduct – Goal Setting – Prospecting – Appraisals – Listing – Marketing – Buyer Service – Public.
