Licensing Course

The qualifications required to practice real estate sales varies from state to state.

CENTURY 21 Australia are pleased to offer the qualification course through its preferred trainers either as classroom delivery, or by distance learning.

Orientation Program

New members of the network are fully familiarised with the CENTURY 21 network, and all the available tools and resources including the leading edge E-sales contact management system.  Sales staff will be provided with a 90 day Plan of Action to assist them to ‘hit the ground running’.

Recognised as the best sales training program in Australia, this exceptional 5 day course is designed to equip participants with the complete range of skills, and the right mindset, for a long and successful career in real estate sales.  The course, coupled with the 12 month follow up program, has assisted over 80% of participants to achieve outstanding results in the first year of practicing real estate.


Sales Development Program

On ongoing monthly sales training program designed to keep you on track and focussed.  Our dynamic trainers are highly experienced and are able to assist individuals with specific needs.


E-sales

An essential part of your business, e-sales training will provide you with a working knowledge of the e-sales system, database management and online reporting.

Management Academy

This 5 day residential program is designed to provide Principals with all the tools they need to run a successful CENTURY 21 office.

Management Workshops

This is an open forum with professionally facilitated sessions enabling agency Principals to workshop issues currently effecting their business growth and profitability.
