One of Gabrielle’s strengths is leading the team by example and she continuously encourages our Property Managers to take part in industry training and ongoing professional development. In her efforts to constantly make the way we do things better, she attends training, seminars and has obtained her full Real Estate License. Her team members are also attending regular industry updates and training. As a result, Gabrielle and her team at the Brighton office are well equipped to provide outstanding customer service and not only meeting but exceeding our customers’ expectations.

A loyal and long standing team member, Silvia’s experience has progressed for over a decade from Property Manager to Team Leader and now heading the accounts department as Trust Accountant.

With many years in the real estate industry, Joji has a genuine respect for her landlords and tenants, and she finds it easy to relate to people and building successful business relationships, from finding the right home for the right tenant, (and the right tenant for the right landlord), to following up on maintenance, to following through on the minutiae of a lease, Joji’s approach is carefully planned and meticulously implemented.

The mother of two active and academic sons, Joji chooses to commit her free time to her family and to be actively involved in community groups.

Marisa started her career in Property Management in 2003, soon after completing her Certificate III in Real Estate Services through the Real Estate Institute of Victoria and gaining her Property Management accreditation. Since then, her dedication to her job and her interest in developing further in her profession saw her progress to Senior Property Management roles.

Marisa has always been a Bayside resident and her knowledge of the local area is one of her strengths, enabling her to provide insightful advise to the landlords in her portfolio.

Marisa understands what property investors are really after: basically, great communication, prompt action and the ability to resolve issues efficiently. One of the aspects of property management that Marisa enjoys the most is dealing with different people in different situations and being able to adapt accordingly to negotiate an outcome that everyone is satisfied with. Her ability to relate to people at all levels allows her to find a middle ground in most situations.

Marisa is a member of the Real Estate Institute of Victoria and takes active part in their Young Agents Chapter & Property Management Chapter.

Marisa and her husband love walking their dog Mac at the beach and they are also both avid Collingwood supporters!

Travis has a strong background in property management, in both commercial and residential sectors. He has previous experience in sales management and worked extensively overseas where he developed a sound appreciation for a wide scope of cultures and ways of life.

Travis has great customer rapport because he is a great communicator and can work effectively in highly stressful situations. He takes accountability seriously and his clients know that they can count on him to act in their best interests at all times. He is constantly looking to improve the way the company does things for the benefit of our clients.

Courtney’s professional yet friendly approach has gained her the trust of her landlords and tenants alike. She started her real estate career in 2009 as an Assistant Property Manager and she quickly progressed to a Property Manager’s role, becoming responsible for her own portfolio of residential properties.

Her background in hospitality and administration has provided Courtney with essential skills to succeed in the property industry: she’s extremely organised, has strong communication skills, she’s reliable and, most importantly, she has a positive attitude which enables her to tackle every challenge with extreme confidence. She is passionate about property management and enjoys every aspect of the role: “I enjoy the entire managing process, from conducting rental appraisals, coordinating maintenance and leasing through to conducting routine inspections”.

In her spare time Courtney is very active and enjoys the gym, the outdoors and spending time with friends and family.

With over 11 years experience in customer relations, Erina-Jade is passionate about real estate. Over the last 3 years Erina-Jade has gained wide experience in various roles including administration, managing sales and auction campaigns, listing and selling.

Erina-Jade is a results driven individual who always gives 110%. Whether it’s the simplest of tasks or the most challenging, she will endeavour to provide quality outcomes for her clients. She’s an all rounder when it comes to servicing clients’ needs.

Erina-Jade has completed her Agent’s Representative Certificate and is studying business management and Chinese Mandarin at university to improve her skills and to better service her clients.

Moving from Newcastle to Melbourne, she has definitely adapted to the Melbournian lifestyle and is a keen supporter of the Mighty Saints.

Shane is originally from Ireland, where he completed his Bachelors Degree in Real Estate. He has also recently attained his Agent’s Representative qualification.

Shane had previously worked in the hospitality industry, experience which equipped him with outstanding customer relations and communication skills.

Shane enjoys interacting with people and goes out of his way to assist our landlords and tenants alike. Listening to and helping our customers is the aspect of his role that he finds most rewarding – his strengths are communication and problem solving. Real Estate has become his passion and he’s looking forward to a long and rewarding career in the property industry.

In his spare time, Shane enjoys playing GAA football.

Lara’s interest in the property industry comes from her father, who is a landowner in Brighton. Lara has accompanied him to many housing inspections and has helped him with issues regarding his rental properties.

Lara hopes to become a property owner in the future. Thus she finds it beneficial to be aware of what is available on the market. “It is interesting to be able to see the different standpoints involved in the interrelationship between tenant, landlord and CENTURY 21”.

In her role, Lara assists prospective tenants with any queries they may have relating to our vacant properties. Not only does she provide details of home open times but she also assists with information about the renting process.

Lara is currently studying Chemical Engineering at university and, in her spare time, she enjoys hiking through the Australian bush, particularly the Kosciusko ranges. “I love seeing the old huts built by cattle farmers and miners”.
