For Annie, the secret to success in Property Management is foresight. Yet Annie doesn’t put her foresight down to any special instinct or talent, rather it’s her own blend of ethics and common-sense that sets her management style apart.

A committed rower and hockey player, Annie has lived in the Carnegie area for almost 10 years. When not using her formidable powers of foresight to benefit her landlords, Annie puts them to work choosing great restaurants to share with family and friends – a passion she plans to indulge in well into the foreseeable future.

Kaye possesses strong business acumen, acquired from having owned and operated her own business for several years. Her clients also benefit from her extensive experience in the industry and her mature approach to asset management.

Kaye has investment property of her own and understands the value derived from buying & renovating. She looks after the properties in her portfolio as if these were her own.

One of the aspects that Kaye enjoys about her job is the variety it has to offer. “I thrive in the challenging property management environment, since you never know what each day is going to bring”.

Kaye lives near to the sea and taking her dog for a walk gives her the perfect opportunity for a stroll on the beach every day.

Daniel brings with him three years of Real Estate experience and knowledge to the team. Daniel began his career as a Leasing Consultant and, showing great potential, was shortly after promoted to Property Manager where he had a Portfolio of his own.

Since becoming a Property Manager Daniel has helped both tenants and landlords to ensure that all of their needs have been met with the upmost efficiency and friendliness to create an all round great experience.

With a record of client satisfaction and dealing with many overseas and local investors, Daniel prides himself on his communication and believes that communication is the key to success.

Olga is a people person - she’s friendly, easy going and attentive to our customers’ needs. Working with and helping people has always given her great satisfaction. Olga believes good communication is the key to good customer service.

Olga has a varied working background. After completing her Bachelor of Arts Degree, she spent 5 years in the banking industry. She worked in various roles ranging from Collections, Customer Service and Lending, which gave her an insight into the financial sector. Olga then moved into a Management role working in her own Engineering business for about 10 years. Subsequently, she worked in various Administration positions over the years.

However, in 2010, Olga entered the Real Estate industry working for a small agency in a Receptionist role and it was then that she found her true passion for Real Estate. She assisted the Property Managers with their workload and she found the job very enjoyable and rewarding. She loved the variety of the role, dealing with tenants and landlords and helping them in various situations.

This prompted Olga to study for her Real Estate Representative Certificate, which she completed in 2011. Then, in March 2012, Olga joined CENTURY 21 Wentworth Real Estate as Assistant Property Manger at the Carnegie office. Olga looks forward to using her current skills in helping our customers and working alongside the team of property professionals at CENTURY 21.

In her leisure time, Olga likes to spend time with her family and also enjoys doing Yoga and Latin dancing.

Saša joined CENTURY 21 Wentworth Real Estate in early 2011 and, since then, she has gained an understanding of property management and continuously strives to develop her knowledge of the industry.

With a background in retail, Saša’s customer service skills are second to none. She enjoys dealing with enquiries not only from our clients but from the general public as well. She has a problem solving approach and will go out of her way to assist with any issue in a positive and professional manner.

Saša is good at multitasking and works very effectively under pressure. She has recently undertaken training in our Property Management software which has equipped her with the tools needed to assist our Property Managers even further and better deal with our tenants’ and landlords’ questions.

Saša is environmentally conscious and tries to avoid paper wastage in the office and recycle as much as possible. She is currently finishing her Bachelor of Arts (Journalism), double-majoring in journalism and international politics. She has also completed a course in creative writing and her hobbies include exercise, the outdoors & foreign films.
