After living in England for a year and a half and travelling to different destinations in Europe Karen settled back home in Perth with her family and began a career in Real Estate. Karen completed a property management course in 2005 and started working in a small family run agency as a receptionist. With Karen’s eagerness to be active and busy it found her joining the team at Century 21 Wentworth Real Estate, originally known as Wentworth Mutual, as a leasing consultant and property inspector in 2006 at our Forest Lakes branch. Since then Karen has moved to our Subiaco office as a full time leasing consultant. Karen is always happy, pleasant, hardworking and willing to help which makes her a great asset to our company.

I began my career in the Real Estate industry in 2003 as a Receptionist for a major property goup. I then progressed to working as a Personal Assistant for one of the most successful sales teams in the South Perth area.

Since working for CENTURY 21 Wentworth Real Estate I have worked in both, the Trust Accounts and Property Management Departments. I recently completed my Certificate IV in Business Administration and I am now studying to complete my Certificate IV in Property Services.

I regularly upgrade my knowledge, skills and qualifications and pride myself on the ability to deliver a superior professional service.

Amanda is a well honed Property Manager whose career has seen her not only gain experience in Perth but also in Kalgoorlie, where she worked for one of the major franchise property groups.

She has obtained her Certificate IV in Property Services and also hopes to complete her Diploma in the near future.

Amanda believes that communication is of utmost importance and strives to ensure that her landlords and tenants are kept informed at all times. She will always try to achieve an outcome which is beneficial to both the landlord and the tenant.

Kimberlee started her career in Property Management in 2007. She worked for a leading property group in New Zealand and became a well honed property expert.

Kimberlee gets a lot of job satisfaction out of meeting the landlords’ needs. She feels that sourcing the right tenant for a property is paramount, since it ensures the property is well looked after and the obligations under the lease agreement are met. She prides herself on her outstanding communication with both, the owners of the properties in her portfolio as well as the tenants renting these.

Bev has come from a property management rent-roll in Port Hedland and now truly enjoys working within the Perth market at CENTURY 21 Wentworth Real Estate.

Bev has a strong customer service, advertising, marketing and admin background which has given her a sound platform to service our owners and tenants.

Bev’s excellent communication skills make her approachable, friendly and always ready to listen. Her commitment to customer service and her dedication to presenting and maintaining high professional standards make Bev an invaluable asset to our property management team.

Paul is originally from Manchester in the UK and has recently moved to Western Australia to start a new life in this great country with his wife and three children.

Paul has a vast amount of hands on experience when it comes to meeting landlords needs and finding suitable tenants. Paul’s previous employment in the UK was as a Property Manager overseeing the management of over 450 rental properties and he was employed with his last company for over 20 years. He’s used to dealing with and managing clients properties portfolios ranging from $300,000 to $2,0000,0000 in asset value.

He is excited about getting to meet his clients and tenants over the next couple of weeks and to continue to provide them with the high standard of service that is expected and received from anyone who rents a property with CENTURY 21 Wentworth Real Estate.

Paul is aware that in order to maximise the rental income and find good long term tenants, the quality of the property is of paramount importance. Paul owns several investment properties in the UK so he is a landlord himself and fully understands the quality of property and level of service expected by tenants. Paul has acquired his portfolio over many years of working in the property industry and, for him, property is a long term investment that will hopefully provide him with a good pension when he retires or be a good inheritance for his family.

Paul is a lifetime supporter of Manchester United Football Club (soccer) and enjoys going to the beach with his wife and three kids. He prefers a regular suntan rather than the constant rainy days in Manchester which could be very depressing! His other hobbies include Boxerfit, Cardio training, Spinning (bike exercise) and swimming.

Roxanne’s background in administration and customer service gives her the grounding needed to succeed in the property industry.

Roxanne provides superb customer service to all prospective and existing clients as communication and helpfulness are some of her strengths. She will be the first port of call on any enquires you may have regarding any real estate matter - you will be in her capable hands and will be directed to the department you require.

Roxanne also assists the property management team and makes sure the office always runs smoothly. This support role gives her a great understanding of the industry in WA.
