Lee Fitzgerald joined CENTURY 21 Wentworth Real Estate in September 2007 after being approached to help assist in Head Office Subiaco in consulting in areas of the business that required assistance.
Lee has worked in all departments including reception, property management, customer relations, heading up the trust account department for 12 months and was appointed the Branch Manager of the Hillarys Office in October 2008.
She brings over 13 years experience in the Real Estate Industry and prides herself on her outstanding work ethic, dedication and loyalty.

Janice Schult has been involved in the Real Estate Industry in excess of 14 years starting in Land Sales, progressing to Residential Sales and now to Property Management joining us CENTURY 21 Wentworth Real Estate in 2007.

During her career she achieved several industry awards for excellence in customer service. By bringing this most valued skill to her current role Janice has managed to build long lasting relationships whereby the growth within her portfolio comes from her existing clientele referring business to her. This is a credit to Janice and is a testimonial to her work ethic and reputation.

Janice is married with three beautiful children and in her spare time she loves being with her family travelling down to the southern parts of Western Australia.

Kylie Diamond has worked in the Real Estate Industry for over 7 years. Kylie initially commenced her career in a busy office as their Receptionist but quickly advanced her career and became a Property Manager as she felt a passion for the industry.

Joining CENTURY 21 Wentworth Real Estate in early 2008 she successfully manages a growing portfolio whereby her clients appreciate her dedication and enthusiasm.

She is highly motivated and ambitious and looks forward to a long standing career with the company. Kylie is an asset to the team and is well respected and looked up to by her peers.

Terasa King joined Wentworth Mutual now CENTURY 21 Wentworth Real Estate back in 2006.

Terasa is an experienced and successful Property Manager with a very loyal client base. The landlords in her portfolio benefit from her insightful knowledge of the industry and her ability to not only solve problems but mainly prevent them in the first place!
Living locally and prior to her career in the Real Estate Industry she managed a very successful busy tavern in the Northern Suburbs. This has enabled Terasa to continue to give great customer service coming from one service industry to another.
Terasa is renowned for her “No Nonsense” approach and gets the job done, what an asset to the team.

Jacqueline Thorson is the newest member of the team and has made the Smart Move to join CENTURY 21 Wentworth Real Estate Hillarys.
With 3 years experience in the Real Estate Industry, Jacqueline started off in Administration, then moved into a Sales Coordinator’s role and finally became an Assistant Property Manager, managing a small boutique portfolio. Jacqueline has joined the team to expand her knowledge and skills within the industry and what better place to learn!
We look forward to a long lasting relationship with Jacqueline.

Michelle Hughes has worked in the Real Estate Industry for 10 years. Michelle started her career as a Receptionist and Sales Administrator before making the decision to move into Property Management as an Assistant and completing the training to obtain her Property Management Registration.

Michelle joins Century 21 Wentworth Real Estate Hillarys to further her career and knowledge in the Real Estate Industry. Michelle would like to complete her Certificate IV in Property Services and to become a Senior Property Manager in the future.

Michelle is looking forward to managing her own portfolio and is committed to assisting all clients with their Property Management needs.

Linda Riddett is our Leasing Consultant who commenced her career in the Real Estate Industry over 12 years ago. She is a credit to the company bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience in this specialised field.

Her customer service is outstanding and her ability to successfully lease and market homes shines beyond expectations.

Linda commenced with Wentworth Mutual in 2006 and initially worked within a small boutique agency in the Northern Suburbs. Linda was introduced to the company when Wentworth acquired the boutique agency and thankfully she has remained with us and is a highly valued member of the CENTURY 21 Wentworth Real Estate Hillarys team.

Kiara Park joined CENTURY 21 Wentworth Real Estate Hillarys in 2009 after completing an interior design course which gave her an insight into the Property Industry.

With that in mind Kiara joined our team hoping to expand on her knowledge and with her newly found skills and enthusiastic fresh approach it is a delight to have her on board as our Receptionist.

Deborah has been employed in the customer service industry for over 3 years, having been given her first opportunity to commence work at a major retail chain once her work experience was completed.

Deborah made the decision to start a career in Real Estate back in August 2010 when she joined the CENTURY 21 Wentworth Real Estate team at Hillarys. She has and will provide superb customer service to all prospective and existing clients as communication and helpfulness are some of her strengths. She will be the first port of call on any enquires you may have regarding any real estate matter - you will be in her capable hands and will be directed to the department you require.

CENTURY 21 Wentworth Real Estate is committed to high levels of training for our employees and has encouraged Deborah to study for her Certificate III in Business, which she is currently undertaking and hopes to complete by the end of 2011.

Tina is originally from the UK and has been living in Perth for the last 7 years since emigrating with her family. Tina is a professionally trained hairdresser but decided on a change of career when she settled in Australia.

Tina has since worked in Retail Management and Accounts but has always been interested in the Real Estate business. Tina has been a senior property inspector for the company since 2007 and enjoys the variety the job brings.

Kate Williams has been working in the real estate industry for 9 years starting at reception and working her way to office manager.

After taking maternity leave she commenced working with Wentworth 4 years ago as a part time receptionist.

In the 4 years of working with the company she has progressed to the position of Property Inspector / PM assistant.

She hopes with her lengthy experience in real estate and the recent knowledge of all aspects of Property Management that she has acquired, that she will be able to step into a full time Property management role in the near future.
