C21 BAYSIDE IN MASCOT BOOSTED BY NEW OWNERSHIP

Century 21 Bayside Mascot has welcomed Graham and Maggie Sparks as new owners with an exciting offering for their residential and commercial clients set to take off in the area.

Bringing with him great energy and modern marketing techniques, Mr Sparks plans to build a strong team with high-growth aspirations to dominate the local real estate market serving the suburb of Mascot, located in Sydney's inner south.

With Gen Z and Millennial buyers and renters dominating the area, Mr Sparks knows his tech-savvy customers have different expectations than older generations when it comes to finding and buying a home.

"I get my customers. I am in the same age group and know how I like to discover products and services which is the same with property. Social media advertising and strong channel engagement via relevant property content are going to be key parts of our sales and property management marketing plans," said Graham Sparks, principal of Century 21 Bayside Mascot.

Backed by 8 years of sales, investment, and commercial property experience, Mr Sparks is no stranger to running a real estate business. He most recently owned and operated his own business and brand, Sparks Realty Group with Maggie running operations and property investment.

Known for his straight to the point, honest and precise approach, Mr Sparks is always looking out for the best interests of his clients, and takes pride in providing an exceptional level of customer service.

When he heard that Century 21 Bayside Mascot was up for sale, he saw an incredible opportunity to capitalise on the strength of the global brand.

"I am really happy with the transition to Century 21. The brand is globally recognised and respected, and I know that with the team here at Century 21 Bayside Mascot and access to a wealth of resources that would be unavailable to me as an independent business I can set high-growth and success goals," Mr Sparks continued.

"Graham is a highly successful operator with a wealth of experience. I'm delighted to welcome him to the C21 network and I know he will be a great asset to our team. He shares our passion for customer service, and I believe he has the drive and ambition to help us reach even greater heights. I look forward to seeing C21 Bayside Mascot go from strength to strength under his leadership," said James Bell, Century 21 Australasia CEO.
